Objective:To investigate the relationship between social support and job burnout of medical police officers in prison hospitals,to explore the relationship between social support and job burnout of medical police officers in prison hospitals,to explore the mechanism of social support on job burnout,and to alleviate the work burnout of medical police officers in prison hospitals and mobilize their work Initiative,explore corresponding countermeasures to improve the diagnosis and treatment methods and work efficiency of prison medical police officers,to maintain the physical and mental health of prison medical police officers,to ensure the stable development of prison police officers,and to promote social harmony.Methods:Using social support assessment scale,job burnout scale and general situation scale,a total of 269 medical police officers from 14 prison hospitals in Jiangxi Province were selected as research objects for questionnaire survey.The database was established and the data was entered using EXCEL,and SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:1.The medical burnout of prison medical police officers is at a moderate level.The dimensions of different genders,marital status,different police ages,number of night shifts,marital status,work location and job burnout include emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,low There was a significant difference in sense of accomplishment(P <0.05);there were no differences in different dimensions of different ages,jobs and burnout(P >0.05).2.The scores of social support from high to low are: subjective support(21.60 ± 5.889),objective support(8.60 ± 1.829),support utilization(8.29 ± 1.759),and total social support score(38.44 ± 7.121).In general,prison medical staff have general social support.3.In social support,objective support(r=-0.163),subjective support(r=-0.176),utilization of support(r=-0.170),total social support score(r=-0.224)and emotional exhaustion are highly significant negative Correlation(P<0.01).Subjective support(r=-0.145)and utilization of support(r=-0.132)were significantly negatively correlated with depersonalization(P <0.05).4.Social support,utilization of support,and academic qualifications can predict job burnout from different aspects.Among them,gender and work location have a very strong predictive power for job burnout.in conclusion:Job burnout in this group is at a medium level,and social support is at a general social support level.The higher the level of social support,the lower the job burnout.Different demographics have different degrees of difference in various dimensions of job burnout.If you need to actively improve the various problems currently faced by prison medical staff,you must adapt to local conditions and focus on different demographic characteristics from the personal,organizational,and social aspects.,To improve the social support of prison medical police,and reduce job burnout.
