Objective: Survey the basic situation,social supports status and job burnout about the Pediatric medical emergency nurses in 7 grade-three first general hospitals and 1 grade-three first general hospital and provide the relevant solutions,as well as the basis theory of the research.Methods: The research will adopt cluster sampling and from March 2018 to March2019,adopt questionnaire survey for 455 Pediatric medical emergency nurses in 7grade-three first general hospitals and 1 grade-three first general hospital.There are three parts in the questionnaire,and in which is General Material Survey,Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)and Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI).Adopt Epidata3.1 to collect questionnaire data and adopt SPSS23.0 to analysis;Adopt?x±s to show the measurement data during describing analysis,and use percent for enumeration data;Adopt the checkout and variance analysis to compare data among groups,and use Pearson pertinence to analyze the relationship between social support and job burnout.Results: 1.Common status: A total of 455 Pediatric medical emergency nurses were involved in the questionnaire.Women in total is 420,as a percentage of 96.6%;Young people aged from 26 to 35 in total is 278,as a percentage of 63.9%;Bachelor degree or above in total is 370,as a percentage of 84.32%;Nurses without title in total is 422,as a percentage of 97%;Nurse and Senior nurse in total is 387,as a percentage of 86.8%;Working Ages from 5 to 9 in total is 161,as a percentage of 37.01%;Monthly income from5000 to 10000 in total is 181,as a percentage of 41.6%.2.Social supports status: the scores for every dimensionality are showed as below from high to low: managerial support(23.31±2.27),objective support(14.29±2.31)and support availability(9.05±1.75).There are dimensionality difference for different ages,education background,titles,administrative management,working ages,incomes,and so on(P<0.05).3.Job burnout: the scores for every dimensionality are showed as below from high tolow: sense of personal achievement(32.78±4.65),Emotional exhaustion(21.21±2.22)and depersonalization(5.94±2.31).There are dimensionality difference in different ages,education background,titles,working ages,income,etc.(P<0.05).There are difference for administrative management on sense of personal achievement(P<0.05).4.The pertinence analysis about social support and job burnout.(1)There is pertinence between social supports and job burnout for Pediatric medical emergency nurses(r=0.133,P=0.005),difference has the statistics meaning.Conclusion: 1.Social support of Pediatric medical emergency nurses is influenced by sex,ages,education background,titles,administrative title,working ages and income.In which the older age,higher education back ground,higher title,head nurses,longer working age,higher income,the higher for social support.2.The score of Pediatric medical emergency nurses in job burnout of head nurses is higher than normal nurse.The team,from 35 to 50 years old,is much easier to get job burnout on Emotional exhaustion and depersonalization.The person who is young,low education background,low title,no title,short working ages,less income,gets lower sense of achievement.3.Researches showed that the higher of the social support,the lower job burnout and better health status they got.The job burnout for the Pediatric medical emergency nurses in grade-three first general hospitals is high and the social support should be increased.We should solve all the problems which the Pediatric medical emergency nurses faced positively.And also need to raise social attention,increase the social support and decrease the job burnout.
