ObjectTo explore the changes and significance of blood lipid and uric acid in non-diabetic obese patients after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy operation.MethodsCollect the clinical data of 34 patients with obesity without diabetes who underwent LSG and were admitted to the first affiliated hospital of shihezi university medical college and the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university from January 2015 to June 2019 Postoperative follow-up was 6 months.Respectively compare the results of preoperative,1,3,and 6-month tests of body mass index,high-density lipoprotein and uric acid.Calculate excess weight loss.P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.ResultsAll the 34 patients underwent the operation successfully, without any serious complications such as transabdominal operation, massive bleeding or postoperative gastric leakage or bleeding. The patients' net weight,BMI,plasma TG,TL,LDL and UC were all lower than that before the operation(P < 0.05),and their HDL was slightly higher than that before the operation(P < 0.05).EWL% showed a gradually increasing trend(P < 0.05),and the serum uric acid of 13 patients decreased to the normal level 6 months after the operation.ConclusionsLSG has a good effect on weight loss in non-diabetic obese patients, and can significantly improve blood lipid and uric acid levels in the short term.Prospective,long-term studies are needed to further investigate and understand the changes and mechanisms of related metabolic indicators in non-diabetic patients after LSG.
