To design chart and collect relatively clinical data(Including the basic information of the patients, preoperative height, weight, waist circumference; And the change of the indicators in postoperative 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year). Use the statistical methods to compare the differences between pre-surgery and post-surgery indicators. Results: All the patients were completed successfully under laparoscopic, and no laparotomy, no severe post-procedure complications occurred. During 1 year of follow-up, all the patients' weight, waist circumference, body mass index(BMI) decreased, compared with those before operation(P?0.01). The excess weight loss%(EWL%) at 1 month,3 months,6 months and 1 year after procedures was(24±4)%,(52±5)%,(68±5)%,(79±4)% respectively. Conclusions: LSG is an effective bariatric surgery in the treatment for obesity and related complications. Its clinical treatment effect is significant.
