Objective:Observation of patients with MO LSG weight changes and complications before and after operation, to evaluate the efficacy and safety of LSG. Methods:Analysis of our hospital from January 2012 to September 2014, the clinical data of 30 cases of obesity patients with OSAS who underwent LSG. Results:This group of 30 cases of LSG operation were successful, no transfer laparotomy. Operation time of 120-200min,an average of 150.0min,The bleeding of 20-100ml,an average of 65.0ml,No surgical death, and no intraoperation complications.postoperative hospitalization was 2-9 day, the average 5day.30 cases of postoperative follow-up, Follow-up 6-24 months, Weight reduction34-69kg, average 33.21kg.Full set of MO patients preoperative obesity related complications such as hyperlipidemia, diabetes, hypertension, sleep apnea syndrome, etc all have different degrees of improvement or cure.27 patients with hyperlipemia lipid returned to normal,18patients with high blood pressure, blood pressure down to normal, 16cases with diabetes blood sugar down to normal,12patients with glucose tolerance abnormal glucose tolerance back to normal.27patients with hyperlipemia lipid returned to normal,18 patients with high blood pressure, blood pressure down to normal,16 cases with diabetes blood sugar down to normal,2 patients with glucose tolerance abnormal glucose tolerance back to normal.Full set of no malnutrition and other complications occurred. Conclusion:LSG is minimally invasive, safe, operation is simple, weight loss rate can be adjusted, lasting weight loss effect, can alleviate or anesis obesity complications, improve patient quality of life.
