Expression Of VEGF And TGF-? In Serum And Tissues Of Patients With Ovarian Endometriosis

Purpose:1.Observe the expression and correlation of VEGF and TGF-? in serum and tissues of patients with ovarian endometriosis,and explore the relationship between VEGF,TGF-? and endometriosis and their role in the development of disease.2.Observe the expression of VEGF and TGF-? in serum and tissues of Han and Uygur patients with ovarian endometriosis,and explore whether there are ethnic differences in the expression of Han and Uyghur patients.Methods:A total of 49 patients with endometriosis of the ovary and endometriosis diagnosed by pathological examination in the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from October 2018 to October2019 were selected as the research group,including 27 Han nationality and 22 Uygur nationality.Two groups of controls were set up.One was hysteroscopy in the outpatient department of our hospital during the same period due to hysteroscopy + diagnostic curettage.42 cases of healthy women who were confirmed to have no endometrial lesions by pathological examination were the control group.42 patients with ovarian cysts other than endometriosis confirmed by surgery and pathological examination in our hospital were treated as a control group.Each control group included 21 Han and Uyghur women.The fasting venous blood of the patients was taken before surgery,and the endometrium and ectopic endometrium of the study group were taken during surgery.The normal endometrium and ovarian cyst tissues of the control group were detected by ELISA and IHC methods,respectively,for the expression of VEGF and TGF-? in serum and tissues.The statistical software used was SAS JMP10.0,and the overall test level was 0.05 on both sides.Results:General clinical information:There were no statistically significant differences in the age,body mass index,pregnancy times,parity,menarche age,menstrual cycle,menstrual period and pelvic operation times of patients with OEMs,ovarian cysts and healthy women(P>0.05).ELISA results:1.The expression of VEGF and TGF-?1 in serum of OEMs patients is higher than that of healthy women and patients with ovarian cysts(P<0.05);2.The expressions of VEGF and TGF-?1 in serum of OEMs Uygur patients were higher than those of Han patients(P<0.05).IHC results:1.The expression of VEGF in eutopic endometrial tissues of OEMs is higher than that of normal endometrial and ovarian cyst tissues(P<0.05).There is no statistical difference in the expression of TGF-?1 in eutopic endometrium,normal endometrial and ovarian cyst tissues.Significance(P>0.05);2.The expressions of VEGF and TGF-?1 in ectopic endometrial tissues of OEMs are higher than those of EMs in situ endometrium and ovarian cysts(P<0.05);3.The expression of VEGF and TGF-?1 in ectopic endometrium of Uyghur EMs is higher than that of Han patients(P<0.05).Correlation analysis of VEGF and TGF-?1:The expression of VEGF and TGF-?1 in the serum of patients with OEMs was positively correlated(r= 0.732,P<0.001);the expression of VEGF and TGF-?1 in OEMs ectopic endometrial tissue was positively correlated(r = 0.969,P<0.001).Conclusion:1.The expressions of VEGF and TGF-?1 in serum and ectopic tissue of OEMs patients are significantly increased,suggesting that VEGF and TGF-? may be involved in the occurrence and development of endometriosis.2.The serum of OEMs patients and the expression of VEGF and TGF-?1 in ectopic tissue are positively correlated,suggesting that VEGF and TGF-? may cooperate in the development of endometriosis.3.There are differences in the expression of VEGF and TGF-?1 in serum and ectopic endometrial tissues of OEMs patients of Han and Uygur nationalities.It is speculated that the expression of VEGF and TGF-? in endometriosis may be affected by ethnic groups.
