Objective:Endometriosis(referred to as endometriosis,Ems, endometriosis) is the common gynecological and difficult to treat. In recent years,the incidence markedly improved,although it is benign,but with hyperplasia,infiltration and proliferation of features,relatively difficult treatment.Western use of hormones and surgery,side effects,relapse rate,there is no ideal therapy. A large number of clinical and experimental studies have shown that capsule GuizhiFuling treatment of endometriosis with a satisfactory effect.In order to further explore its role in the mechanism of SD rats in this experiment to study the object,the use of autologous transplantation improved the establishment of endometriosis rat model,the oral capsule GuizhiFuling of proprietary Chinese medicine treatment,the use of the drug testing model after the EMs rat VEGF,P450 content,discuss the GuizhiFuling capsule in the treatment of endometriosis mechanism,and further treatment for the Chinese endometriosis provide the basis for the clinical application.Methods: The use of cleaner-class health SD rats is 70.Mating are not sexually mature female rats,weighing 180 220g.Transplantation using their own established rat model of Ems,15 days after the execution of six randomized,pathology confirmed the successful model.Then randomly divided into 6 groups,10 the model group, sham-operated group 10,11 mifepristone group,GuizhiFuling 11 low-dose group,middle dose group GuizhiFuling 11,GuizhiFuling 11 high-dose group.Three of them were given capsules GuizhiFuling high,medium and low dose(respectively,0.324g/kg,0.648g/kg, 1.296g/kg) oral treatment,mifepristone group irrigation 0.025g/kg stomach;in model group and sham-operated group were given distilled water orally 2ml/kg.The various components of drug volume of die rats were injected 2ml/kg,oral administration of 1 day,28 days for delivery,After a day of fasting to death of water cut,from ectopic endometrial tissue,histopathological observation of internal endometriosis of various groups of rats the effects of lesions,and then by immunohistochemistry in rat tissues detected by VEGF,P450 content,statistically analysis.Results:1.Pathology confirmed that autologous transplantation of abdominal wall endometriosis rat model of endometriosis successful model,the survival rate of transplant tissue for 83.33%.2.Rat model of ectopic endometrial larger view of the naked eye,after the Chinese intervention significantly reduced the volume of graft(P<0.05).3.Histopathology showed that the treatment group significantly affected by the growth of ectopic endometrium or inhibit degeneration and necrosis of blood for the lack of focus. Quantitative Analysis of the treatment group scored significantly lower than the average intima of control group,however,between the treatment group no significant difference in average score(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.The rat model of endometriosis with angiogenesis whieh reformed and condueted by autotransplantation of its own endometrium was suecessfully made.2.It was illustrated that the heterogeneity is existed between eutopic and eetopic endometrium on the epression of VEGF and P450 in the eutopic endometrium was not similar in model group compared with that of ectopic endometrium.3.traditional medicine can deerease the cubic eapacity of focal tissue and reduce the neovaseularization,inhibit the formation and development of endometriosis.4.It can be deduced that VEGF was play a considerable role in endometriosis,but traditional medicine can deerease the quantity of microvessel and the expression of Protein VEGF and P450 in heterotopic endometrium of endometriosis rats.
