Objective:This paper investigates the significance of RLx,VEGF in EMs angiogenesis by detecting relaxin(RLx),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and the expression for CD34 markers of microvascular density(MVD) in the EMs,at the same time analyze the correlation of them,to lay the solid theoretical foundation for the early diagnosis and treatment of EMS.Methods:To select 50 cases as a group in the first hospital of qinhuang dao who is in laparoscopic intraoperative or postoperative pathological diagnosis of patients with endometriosis(EMs),in March 2013- September 2014.To take its in eutopic endometrium,there are 25 patients in proliferative phase and 25 patients in secretory phase;at the same time take the ectopic endometrium,there are 27 patients in proliferative phase and 23 patients in secretory phase.EMs dignoses them on the basis of the American society for reproductive(AFS) diagnostic criteria in 1985,and it is also in phase III to IV.To select the same treatment for uterine myoma operation through abdominal exploration and exclusion of endometriosis in 40 cases as control group,take the normal endometrium,including 20 cases of proliferative phase,secretory phase in 20 cases.Immunohistochemical method of S-P was used to detect the expression of RLx,VEGF and CD34 marked microvessel density(MVD)in the ectopic,eutopic and normal endometrium of EMs.And then to analyze the correlation between these three.Results: 1 The positive rate of RLx in ectopic, eutopic group and normal group is 90%,72% and 50% respectively.The difference was statistically significant by statistical analyzing between the three groups(χ2=17.693, P=17.693),and there is a statistically significant difference among the two(P<0.05),the expression of RLx for ectopic group>eutopic group>normal group.RLx in the normalgroup, the difference in expression of proliferative and secretory phase had statistical significance(P<0.05) and secretory> hyperplasia period; There was no significant difference in the proliferative phase of in ectopic group,ectopic group and expression of eutopic secretory period(P >0.05). 2 The positive rate of VEGF in ectopic,eutopic group and normal group is 82%,64% and 42% respectively.The difference was statistically significant by statistical analyzing between the three groups(χ2 = 11.088, P = 11.088), and there is a statistically significant difference among the two(P<0.05),the expression of VEGF is in ectopic group>eutopic group>normal group.VEGF’s expression differences in ectopic group and normal group of the hyperplasia period and the secretory phase were statistically significant(P<0.05) and secretory>hyperplasia period; There was no significant difference in the ectopic group of hyperplasia period and secretory phase(P >0.05). 3 The value of MVD of ectopic endometrium group,in ectopic group and control group is respectively(22.68±4.85),(19.52±4.04),(16.25±4.06),the difference between the three groups was statistically significant(F = 24.350, P =0.000), and there is a statistically significant difference among the two(P < 0.05),the value of MVD of ectopic group>eutopic group>normal group.There is statistical differences in MVD in the eutopic endometrium group and the group of normal in proliferative phase and the secretory phase(P< 0.05),secretory>hyperplasia period; There was no significant difference in the ectopic group of hyperplasia stage and secretory stage(P >0.05). 4 The correlation expression of RLx,VEGF and MVD exist relationship. 4.1 The expression correlation between RLx and VEGF in ectopic group, eutopic endometrium group and normal group are positive correlation(P< 0.05),the coefficient respectively is(r = 0.705, r = 0.603, r = 0.619). 4.2 The expression correlation between RLx and MVD in ectopic group,eutopic endometrium group and normal group are positive correlation(P < 0.05),the coefficient respectively is(r = 0.710, r = 0.770, r = 0.389). 4.3 The expression correlation between VEGF and MVD in ectopic group,eutopic endometrium group and normal group are positive correlation(P < 0.05), the coefficient respectively is(r = 0.629, r = 0.615, r = 0.615).Conclusion: 1 RLx,VEGF protein’s high expression in ectopic group had a significantly positive correlation with MVD,which promts RLx,VEGF and EMs is closely related to the pathogenesis of angiogenesis. 2 RLx,VEGF in EMs ectopic group and in the eutopic endometrium group significant positive correlation, which suggests they may play a synergistic effect in the process of the occurrence and development of EMs synergy, RLx may involving in the formation of EMs in the pathogenesis of vascular by regulating the expression of VEGF. 3 RLx,VEGF and MVD in normal endometrium were positively correlated,which prompts RLx and VEGF may be involved in the formation of endometrial vascular in normal physiological condition.
