Objective:To explore the concentration of VEGF, TNF-α and IL-6in serum and peritoneal fluid in patients with endometriosis and it relationship with ethnic. Methods: From October2012-August2013we selected gynaecology department of The Lanzhou Military Region Urumqi General Hospital, by laparoscopic operation and postoperative pathology confirmed80cases of endometriosis patients, including Han nationality40, minority40, rating by the1995American Fertility Society (R-AFS). At the same time, we selected non-endometriosis patients80cases as control group, Han nationality40, minority40. Using double antibody sandwich method to detect the concentration of VEGF, TNF-α and IL-6in serum and peritoneal fluid, analysis data by using t test, the differences in minority and the Han nationality patients with endometriosis were t test, correlation by use pearson correlation, and logistic regression were used. Results:The VEGF, TNF-α, IL-6concentration in serum and peritoneal fluid in patients with endometriosis was significantly higher than nun-endometriosis patients (P<0.05); And the level of R-AFS rate of endometriosis were significantly correlated with concentration of VEGF, TNF-α, IL-6in serum and peritoneal fluid (P<0.05); The mutual correlation between the concentration of VEGF, TNF-α, IL-6in serum and peritoneal fluid (P<0.05); minority patients with endometriosis in serum and peritoneal fluid of TNF-α, IL-6is lower than Han patients with endometriosis(.P<0.05), binary logistic regression analysis showed that the ethnic affected by the concentration of TNF-α in serum, and increases the risk of been get endometriosis (P<0.05). Conclusion:VEGF, TNF-α, IL-6high expression in serum and peritoneal fluid in patients with endometriosis group, it can be combined for reference index in the diagnosis of endometriosis; minority patients with endometriosis in serum and peritoneal fluid content in TNF-α, IL-6are lower than that of the Han; The VEGF, TNF-α, IL-6and R-AFS showed a positive correlation in serum and peritoneal fluid and can be combined as endometriosis diagnosis and determine the severity of supplementary indicators; the concentration of TNF-α in serum and ethnic occurrence of endometriosis affects, and ethnic might affecting the expression of serum TNF-α, then reduced the incidence of endometriosis, merchism underline need futher study.
