The Clinical Curative Observation Of Kechuan Plaster Adhesive In The Treatment Of Bronchial Pneumonia In Children

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Kechuan plaster in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children,and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Kechuan plaster in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children.Methods:A randomized controlled trial was conducted.120 children with bronchial pneumonia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n=60):bacterial group(n=30)and viral group(n=30).The control group was given western medicine anti-infection and symptomatic treatment,and the control group was given Kechuan sticking acupoint application treatment on the basis of treatment.The two groups were treated for 7days each.The overall response rate,total score of symptoms before and after treatment,main symptoms and signs(fever,cough,expectoration,asthma,pulmonary rales)score and elimination time,and changes in laboratory tests(white blood cells,C-reactive protein)were compared between the two groups.1.Before treatment,the two groups of children with general conditions(gender,age,course of disease),total symptom score,main symptoms and signs score,white blood cells,C-reactive protein comparison,P>0.05,comparable.2.After treatment,the recovery rate was 90% in the treatment group and 78% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the total score of symptoms in the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Comparison of main symptoms and signs scores:fever and asthma scores within the group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,cough,sputum,asthma scores within the group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Comparison of elimination time of main symptoms and signs:the difference in the time to fever subsidence was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),and the difference in the elimination time of cough,expectoration,asthma and pulmonary rales was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the total score of symptoms and the scores of main symptoms and signs(fever,cough,expectoration,asthma,lung rales)in the treatment group(bacterial group,virus group)were compared,P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.5.After treatment,there was significant difference in the decrease of white blood cell and C-reactive protein between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kechuan plaster can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children with bronchopneumonia,shorten the elimination time of cough,expectoration,asthma and pulmonary rales,improve the clinical efficacy.It can significantly reduce blood WBC count and CRP value in children with bacterial infection,and improve inflammation in children,safe and without side effects.It is worthy of being widely popularized in the clinical application.
