| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of KeChuan Powder in treating children's bronchopneumonia (cold type),and discuss its action mechanism initially.Methods:Stochatically divided 60 examples troubles into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group used the KeChuan Powder and at the same time gived Cefotaxime Sodium for injection.The control group used Cefotaxine Sodium for injection,observing its clinical curative effect.Results:The effects rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,the control group effect rate was 83.33%, the treatment group obviously surpasses the control group, the curative effect difference is remarkable (P < 0.01). Two groups to the setting cough, dispelling phlegm, cold, the lungs the thin wet sound, X-ray pictures improvement have the remarkable difference (P< 0.05), Also the treatment group surpasses the control group. After two groups treat 4 day the curative effect after statisticsprocessing (P< 0.05) have the remarkable difference, also the treatment group surpasses the control group.Conclusion:The KeChuan Powder had the function of treating Children's Bronchopneumonia and could obviously shorten the course of the disease,improve the symptom.It was a safe medicine in the treatment. It has a good prospect of development and application. |
