Objective:In this study,Liumo decoction combined with Shunqitongbian plaster acupoint application was used to treat patients with qi stagnation,and compared with Liumo decoction and acupoint application respectively.According to the traditional chinese medicine syndrome score and quality of life score before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy of Liumo decoction combined with Shunqitongbian plaster acupoint application in the treatment of qi stagnation was evaluated,which provides a new method and data support for traditional chinese medicine treatment of constipation.Methods:90 patients with qi stagnation in the department of anorectal,Hunan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into the combined group(n=30),the traditional Chinese medicine group(n=3 0)and the sticking group(n=30).Liumo decoction combined with Shunqitongbian acupoint application was set as the combination group.The dosage of the decoction was 150ml twice a day,once a day,6 hours each time.The Liumo decoction was given orally as the traditional Chinese medicine group,150ml once a day,twice a day.The acupoint application of Shunqitongbian plaster was set as the application group,once a day,6 hours each time.The treatment cycle of each group was 2 weeks,during which the changes of TCM symptom score,quality of life score and safety index were recorded in detail.The patients were followed up one month after the treatment.Results:(1)There was no statistical difference in the basic data of each group;(2)after treatment,the TCM syndrome score and quality of life score of each group were lower than before,and the effect of the combined group was stronger than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the sticking group in stool characteristics,defecation frequency,defecation exertion and bowel sounds(P<0.05),but it had no effect on the symptoms of incomplete defecation,abdominal fullness,chest fullness and hiccup(3)the quality of life of each group was significantly different(P<0.05),and the effect of the combination group was better;(4)the total effective rates of the combination group,the traditional Chinese medicine group and the application group were 90.00%,73.33%and 66.67%respectively,and the clinical efficacy of each group was significantly different(P<0.05),and the effect of the combination group was better;(5)all groups were followed up one month after the end of the study The recurrence rate of drug group and sticking group was 7.41%,31.82%and 40.00%respectively.The data showed that there was significant difference in the recurrence rate of each group after 1 month of treatment(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of combination group was the lowest.Conclusion:Liumo decoction combined with Shunqitongbian acupoint application can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with qi stagnation,improve the quality of life,with significant curative effect and low short-term recurrence rate,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
