The Study On Treatment Of The Neck Strain After Thyoid Suygery With Massage Therapy And Ai Ci Jiu Plaster On Acupoint Application

ObjectiveThis study is aimed to test if the efficacy of treatment of the Neck Strain after thyoid suygery with Massage Therapy and ai ci jiu plaster on Acupoint Application,evaluate the efficacy of Treatment.The purpose of this study is to provide a alternative therapeutic schedule for the patients of the thyreoid-Postoperative.MethodsThis study collected 60 cases in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2015 to October 2016,which is diagnosised for gall in Chinese medicine,and with diagnostic Neck Strain of Western medicine.Control group:with basic treatment of western medicine after operation,and with Massage Therapy on the first?the secondand the thrid dad of thyreoid-Postoperative,15minutes a dad,once a dad.Treatment group:add thetherapy of ai ci jiu plaster on point application(da zhui and tao dao)with the based threatment on contrast group.The patients of the two groups were scored during the postoperation before treat?1 through 3 days after the operation,the measurements included Visual Analogue Scale,clinical effects,the ROM scores of Cervical activity and the satisfaction of patients.The data is analyzed wih SPSS 19.0 statistical software package.Results1.The side of score of VAS:Score trend analysis:?The overall compar ison,the trends over time of VAS Scores of the two groups are roughly the same,comparing the Control group,the Treatment group is more signific ant of the downward trend,it is said that the treatment effect of the Tre atment group is better than the Control group.?The different time compa rison:respectively comparing the two groups' datas of the postoperaticve b efore treat?1 through 3 days after the operation,the P value of the posto peration before treat is greater than 0.05,the difference between the two groups is not statistically significant.The P values of 1 through 3 day s after the operation is less than 0.05,the difference between the two gr oups is statistically significant.2.The side of clinical effects evaluation:both groups had effect on pain for the neck strain,Treatment group:1 case was uncared,20 cases were cared,9 cases were improved,the total care rate are 96.7%;Control group:3 case were uncared,11 cases were cared,16 cases were improved,the total care rate are 90%.it makes a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.The side of the ROM scores of Cervical activity:respectively comparing the two groups of the ROM scores of Cervical activity before and after treatment,P<0.05,making a significant difference between the two groups.Comparing the scores of the two groups after treatment,P<0.05,making a significant difference between the two groups.It shows that the Treatment group is improved than Control group in Cervical activity.4.On the satisfaction evaluation:The satisfaction score of treatment group is 96.7%,Control group is 73.4%,making a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of treatment group is higher than the control group.ConclusionIn this research,the Massage Therapy add ai ci jiu plaster on point application can improve symptoms on cervical neck strain after thyoid suygery.
