| Objective: A retrospective study was used to summarize Professor Ma Hongbin’s clinical experience and medication rules in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome,and to use data mining technology to verify the consistency with his academic thinking,and to provide ideas for clinical treatment of nephrotic syndrome.Method: Collect the medical records of patients with primary nephrotic syndrome who were treated by Professor Ma Hongbin from January 2018 to January 2020 at the Department of Nephrology and Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Work Station of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.92 cases with 232 consultations.A basic database of medical records was established,and data mining technology was used to analyze the medical records in detail to further verify Professor Ma Hongbin’s experience in treating primary nephrotic syndrome,forming relatively complete clinical experience and academic ideas Theoretical system.Result:1.Descriptive analysis: The main common symptoms in this study were fatigue(52.70%),edema(50.77%),soreness in the waist(37.31%),foamy urine(21.15%),and cough and sputum(19.62%)The common tongue fur veins are pale red tongue,thin white fur,and thin veins.In terms of syndromes,the most frequently occurring syndromes are spleen-kidney-yang deficiency syndrome(13.85%),and the others are qi-yin deficiency syndrome(10.77%),spleen deficiency-dampness-heat syndrome(8.46%),and wind-heat and lung-deficiency syndrome(8.08%).),Qi deficiency certificate(6.92%),Qi stagnation and water withdrawal certificate(6.54%),Xuyang floating certificate(5.77%),etc.;the frequency of drug use is Poria,Atractylodes,Astragalus,Codonopsis,Licorice,Shengdihuang,Zexie,Coix Seed,Angelica,Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Achyranthes Bleu Lungs and kidneys.2.According to the association rules,the formulas are analyzed: the drug pairs with higher frequency are(1)Atractylodes and Poria;(2)Alisma and Poria;(3)Astragalus and Poria;(4)Poria and Poria;(5)Codonopsis and Poria.Based on entropy cluster analysis and clinical practice,three more valuable new prescriptions were obtained:(1)Coix seed,Achyranthes bidentata,Red ginseng,Atractylodes macrocephala,Fangji,Astragalus,Poria,Zexie,Atractylodes;(2)Forsythia,Campanulaceae,Stiff Silkworm,Nepeta,Parsnip,Rubia cordifolia,Paeonia lactiflora,Reed Root,Japanese Elm;(3)Shiwei,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Licorice,Dipsacus,Plantain,Poria cocos,Mulberry parasitic.Conclusion:Professor Ma Hongbin believes that the location of the primary nephrotic syndrome is closely related to the spleen,kidney and lung.The pathogenesis is mainly spleen and kidney deficiency,stasis,dampness,heat and depression.In order to eliminate dampness and stasis,the medication instructor of the group emphasized that supplementing benefits should be given priority to and evils should be supplemented.Using data mining technology based on clinical data,to explore and verify the clinical experience and medication rules of famous doctors,in order to better pass on their academic ideas. |
