Based On Data Mining, Professor Lu Renhe's Experience In The Treatment Of Children With Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

Background:Nephrotic syndrome(NS)characterized by a large number of proteinuria,hypoalbuminemia,edema and hyperlipidemia is one of the common pediatric kidney disease.Research shows that primary nephrotic syndrome accounted for about 90%in children nephrotic syndrome.At present,western medicine treatment of the disease mainly in the glucocorticoid and(or)immunosuppressants,although have certain curative effect,but easy to relapse after repeated colds,growth restriction,memory loss and other side effects of the development of the nervous system.Professor Lv Renhe in the treatment of children with primary nephrotic syndrome has a unique academic concept,and significant effect.In today's information technology,data mining technology provides us with a new way to refine the experience of the famous experts,which has a great role in promoting the heritage experience of old doctor of traditional Chinese Medicine.Objective:To explore the experience of Professor Lv Renhe in the treatment of children with primary nephrotic syndrome with data mining technology.Methods:Collecting and screening the clinical data of children with primary nephronticsyndrome who were treated in the clinic of Professor Lv Renhe from August 2008 to February 2017.For qualified cases for data preprocessing,and then establish the Excel database,frequency statistics and cluster analysis using SAS 9.1 software.Frequency statistics including etiology,symptoms,signs,syndrome type,traditional Chinese medicine,symptoms and signs,syndrome type and chinese herbal medicine of different stages of glucocorticoid,symptoms and signs and physical and chemical examination of newly diagnosed and last visit.Cluster analysis for the frequency of more than 5 times,cumulative frequency of 95.95%chinese herbal medicine of the 80,using the R cluster,class average method,in order to explore the frequently-used couplet medicines and the combination of three or more chinese herbal medicine of Professor Lv.Result:1.Frequency statistics:(1)The cause of disease:most of the cases were congenital insufficiency,the frequency is up to 77.77%,followed by exogenous,the frequency is 22.22%.(2)Syndrome type:deficiency of both qi and Yin,the frequency of 20.33%,followed by blood stasis,the frequency is 14.99%.(3)Chinese herbal medicine;27 cases,451 cases of prescriptions,the total frequency is 3086 times,using the frequency of the top 20 Chinese herbal medicines,frequency of more than 20 times,the cumulative frequency of 78.68%,is the main drug in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.(4)Effect:the number of symptoms and signs of 3 or more times in the first visit and the last visit are 9 and 5 respectively,newly diagnosed proteinuria is mainly moderate and severe,the cumulative frequency of 55.56%,the last visit to normal proteinuria,frequency of 77.78%.2.Cluster analysis:getting 6 pairs of frequently-used couplet medicines and 3 strings of the combination of three or more chinese herbal medicine of the reatment of primary nephrotic syndrome in children by Professor Lv.
