Analysis On The Experience And Medical Characteristics Of Professor Yang Nizhi In Treating Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

ObjectiveThis study aims to collect and summarize the treatment and diagnosis of primary nephrotic syndrome by Professor Yang Nizhi,and summarizes the prescription characteristics and drug rules of primary nephrotic syndrome.Thus,the study explores the famous doctors' clinical experience.So that the old famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors' perience can be inherited.And the study provides a reference for clinicians,so as to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.MethodsThis study collected medical records of the patients with primary nephrotic syndrome cases,which is treated by Professor Yang Nizhi in Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital during January 2013 to January 2017.It incudes 101 cases,a total of 303 diagnosis,which were collected strictly according to diagnosis standard of primary nephrotic syndrome after the inclusion,exclusion criteria.Established record basic information data files,according to the pathological type and whether use immunosuppressive agents for classification grouping.The primary nephrotic syndrome data record analysis of comprehensive utilization of TCM inheritance auxiliary platform software V2.5.Analysing each type of the patients' clinical symptoms,syndrome type treatment and medication characteristics.Then comparing the drug rules of the immune system with non immunosuppressive drug treatment group.Finally,analysis of the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome differentiation,drug law,prescription principle from the overall.And making the the mining results of Professor Yang Nizhi transforming into visual knowledge,and deriving the new prescription in treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.Then forming the theoretical system of the old Chinese medicine clinical experience and academic thoughts.ResultsTo analyze the case through the amount of data mining,summed up the main symptoms of primary nephrotic syndrome as lassitude,urine bubble,edema of lower limbs and dry mouth.The Common syndromes are Qi and Yin deficiency,damp heat and blood stasis;spleen and kidney qi deficiency,damp heat and blood stasis;spleen and kidney qi deficiency,water resistance Shiyu;spleen and kidney deficiency,damp turbidity and blood stasis;spleen and kidney qi deficiency with blood stasis syndrome.The commonly used in treatment are tonifying Qi,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,promoting diuresis,clearing heat,tonifying spleen and kidney and nourishing yin.This study case involving a total of 93 Chinese medicinal herbs.By using software,summed up the using frequency of drug is greater than 150 times has licorice adenophorum,Radix Astragali,radix rehmanniae,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,semen persicae,Ligustrum lucidum.And summed up the 8 core Eclipta.Drugs:Eclipta alba,Ligustrum lucidum,Adenophora,astragalus,radix rehmanniae,peach kernel,new Danshen root and liquorice.Finaly,we summed up the new 2 new group in treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome:Gorgon_Prince Edward Ginseng_Ligustrum lucidum_Eclipta prostrata_Zeeland_Rehmannia glutinosa_Astragalus;Dodder_dogwood_Ligustrum lucidum_Eclipta prostrata_stone Wei_Prince Edward Participation_Astragalus.ConclusionProfessor Yang Nizhi thinks that the pathogenesis of primary nephrotic syndrome is spleen and kidney deficiency,which often involved with lung.And wet,damp,damp heat and blood stasis is the common pathological factors."Qi deficiency" is the basic pathogenesis,"blood stasis" throughout the disease always,"dampness" is its lingering refractory key.Therefore,we should pay attention to the application of Supplementing Qi and activating blood when we treat this disease.The important principle is tonifying the spleen and kidney,furthermore the treatment of Nourishing Yin,clearing heat and dampness is also an indispensable part in the process of differentiation and treatment.On the side,useing immunosuppressive agents have a positive effect on the disease outcome.
