| Objective: to treatment principle,treatment method as a starting point,to explore the experience of the yuan Ming,a professor of treatment of nephrotic syndrome,summarizes the drug use frequency,four gas mixed,belong to the aspects of information,and determined by the network pharmacology related targets and signaling pathways to speculate that the mechanism of action of core prescription in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome,is widely used to provide the reference for the treatment of experience.Methods: The detailed medical records of patients who visited the studio of Professor Ba Yuanming of Hubei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to November2021 were selected to establish the database through standardized processing,and the database of nephrotic syndrome was established by using the "ancient and Modern medical record cloud platform".Common syndromes,core drug pairs,compatibility rules of drug groups and core prescriptions were analyzed by frequency analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis.The active ingredients of core prescription drugs were retrieved based on the pharmacology analysis platform of TCM network,and target prediction and preliminary investigation were conducted using Pub Chem database and Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics（SIB）to form a drug target database.Relevant therapeutic targets were obtained by searching Gene Cards database.And use Omishare to match drugs with disease targets.The PPI network was constructed using String Version 10.5 database.Omishare software was used to analyze the GO biological process,cell components and KEGG biological signaling pathway of key targets.Cytoscape eversion 3.8.0 was used for visualization analysis of drug-component-target.Results: A total of 82 patient medical records,364 prescriptions,a total of 6052 frequency,a total of 12 drugs with a frequency greater than 43%,from high to low order of drugs were Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,Phellodendron phellodendron,pangolin dragon,Chinese yam,wood,cornus officinalis,Dangshen,Angelica,tangerine peel,tuckahoe,rehmannia glutinosa.The four gas aspects of medicine focus on the peace and cold;The five flavors of medicine are mainly sweet,bitter and bitter.The three organs of lung,spleen and kidney are the main reasons for the meridian.There were 49 male patients,accounting for 59.76%;33 cases were female,accounting for 40.24%;The incidence of the disease was more in the 40-69 years old group,with middle-aged and old people as the main population;High proportion of symptoms were nocturia,lower limb edema,poor sleep and lumbago.After the core prescriptions were processed,1320 active ingredients and112 therapeutic targets were obtained.The main active ingredients in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome includedβ-sitosterol,etc.The core targets for the treatment of diseases include tumor necrosis factor A（TNF-A）,vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）,interleukin 6（IL-6）,etc.The main involved signaling pathways include the preliminary inference that the core prescription may regulate the age-rage signaling pathway in diabetic complica tions Complications,PI3K-Akt signaling and Pathways in cancer are associated with immune regulation and suppression of inflammation.Biological processes include apoptosis,phosphate metabolism and positive regulation of cell proliferation.Conclusion: This study explored the mechanism of action of multi-pathway and multi-target of professor Ba Yuanming’s core prescription for the treatment of nephrotic syndrome by data mining and network pharmacology.It is inferred that age-rage signaling pathway in diabetic complications,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway and cancer signaling pathway are mainly regulated（cancer）and other signaling pathways,such as inhibiting the activity of TNF-α,IL-6 and other related inflammatory factors to improve the clinical manifestations of nephrotic syndrome and protect renal function.To provide reference for the extensive application of therapeutic exper. |
