Research Into Group Work Intervention In Negative Emotion Problem Of Main Caregivers Of Cancer Patients In Nanchang J Hospital

With the progress and development of our society,huge changes have taken place in our living environment and lifestyle pressure,which has made people’s immunity low,which has led to a rising incidence of tumors and cancers becoming younger and younger.At the same time,the main caregivers of cancer patients are affected by their relatives,and their emotions are often affected by the condition of cancer patients.These caregivers often ignore their physical and mental health.Because caregivers not only need to pay attention to the condition of cancer patients at all times,but also need to face the huge hospital treatment costs.On the one hand,they are under tremendous psychological pressure and a heavy burden of care.On the other hand,caregivers lack scientific and reasonable methods for regulating emotional stress and professional care skills.Therefore,carers of cancer patients are prone to negative emotions and stress.Tumor has become a major disease that endangers people’s health,and more and more families are involved in the painful battle against cancer.Medical social workers can use professional methods and techniques to slow down the negative emotions of caregivers of cancer patients,and thus play a positive role in cancer patients.In this study,the caregivers of cancer patients in J Hospital of Nanchang City were investigated.Based on the literature research method to understand the current research situation of caregivers,the author used a questionnaire survey to evaluate the needs of 80 caregivers of cancer patients.It was found that the caregivers of cancer patients in J Hospital all have problems such as high stress,anxiety,and prone to negative emotions.They need to vent their emotions,relieve stress,learn nursing skills,and get social support.They need the intervention of social workers.In response to the current situation of cancer caregivers in the hospital,the author formulated a group work plan and carried out a total of six group activities.Through the evaluation of the group activities,it was found that the intervention achieved good service results,eased the pressure of caregivers,released negative emotions,and established a good mutual assistance network.Through the development of six group activities,the process of the activity was evaluated and reflected,and the effectiveness of the group activities was analyzed.According to thecurrent situation of the cancer caregivers of J Hospital and the specific situation of social worker intervention,the proposal for medical social workers to intervene in the caregivers of cancer patients was put forward.Effectively play the role of medical social workers in the hospital.
