Purpose:To assess the degree of neurological loss and the negative emotion of caregivers in patients with ischemic stroke(CIS),and to analyze the related factors of neurological loss and the negative emotions of caregivers in patients with ischemic stroke(CIS).Sexual measures provide a reference for improving the degree of neurological loss in patients, and also provide a scientific basis for intervening the mental health of caregivers.Early clinical treatment and rehabilitation of the neurological function of stroke patients and improving the mental health of caregivers are of great practical significance for improving the quality of life of patients and improving the negative emotions of caregivers. Methods:According to the hospitalization sequence,we included 204 patients with ischemic stroke who received concurrent treatment in a neurology department at a tertiary hospital in Wuhan and received it from June 2017 to 2017 in the acute phase(5-9 days after onset). In December, the patient selected his primary immediate caregiver and conducted a face-to-face questionnaire.Patient questionnaires include: 1 general information and disease information information questionnaire;2 US NationalhealthThe National Institute of Health Stroke Scale uses stroke scales to assess the severity of neurological loss in patients;the caregiver's questionnaire includes: 1 general survey data;2 SAS scale(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale)was used to evaluate the degree of anxiety of their caregivers in patients with ischemic stroke;the Self-Rating DePression Scale was used to measure the degree of depression in caregivers. The database was established using EPiData 3.1 software, and the data collected from the questionnaire was analyzed and analyzed using SPSS 22.0;the main methods used were: descriptive analysis,t-test,analysis of variance,chi-square test and rank test to assess the deficiency. The correlation between the degree of neurological loss in blood-suffocated stroke patients and the degree of negative emotions of caregivers was investigated by Logistic regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to investigate the factors affecting neurological function in patients with ischemic stroke and Nursing staff negative emotion related factors;test = 0.05,P values are both probabilities.Result:1.The single factor analysis of nerve function loss and function loss in ischemic stroke patients is as followsLack of overall neural function in patients with ischemic stroke was 14.58 + /-5.62 points, lack of the highest for the onset of motion plus or minus 1.09 points,2.91 level of consciousness in patients with age greater than 70 upper and lower limbs movement, sensory dysfunction, the language barrier, dysarthria scores are higher than other age groups of patients(P < 0.05);Lacunar cerebral infarction patients in the total level of consciousness, gaze, vision, facial paralysis, upper and lower limbs movement, body ataxia, feeling, language, dysarthria, ignore scored lower on aspects of the brain stem and other parts(P < 0.05);2.Logistic regression analysis of the degree of nerve function loss in patients with ischemic stroke showedIn a multiariable Logistic regression analysis results show that, smoking, lesion, age of the nervous system such as the loss of risk factors were 8.044,3.543 and 0.152.3.Univariate analysis results of negative emotions of caregivers of ischemic stroke patients showedNursing in patients with ischemic stroke in the degree of anxiety and depression scores were 33.93±7.34 and 35.37±6.04 both the degree of standard score were higher than the national norm,to take care of the patients within 1-7 days of the nursing staff of depression and anxiety scores were lower than take care of patients more than 7 days of nursing staff(P < 0.05).Nurses with less than 12 hours of daily care scored lower on depression and anxiety than those with more than 12 hours of daily care(P<0.01).When a patient suddenly developed a disease, the depression and anxiety scores of the nurses at the scene of the disease were higher than those of the nurses who were not present(P<0.05).There were differences in depression and anxiety scores among caregivers with different personalities in different self-conscious and feeling health conditions, which had statistical significance(P<0.05).4.Results of multiple linear regression analysis of negative emotions of caregivers of patients with ischemic stroke showedThrough multiple linear regression analysis can be concluded that, according to the results of ischemic stroke in patients with anxiety is the main influencing factors of nurses and nursing of marital status, age, income, health consciousness, daily care of time, the patient's overall nerve function and body function of patients and nursing staff main influencing factors of depression. The perceived health status, working status, number of days of care and whether the caregiver is present during the onset of illness.5.Correlation analysis between the degree of nerve function loss of patients and negative emotions of caregiversThere was a positive correlation between the degree of nerve function loss in patients with ischemic stroke and the degree of depression and anxiety in nursing staff(P <0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the severity of patients' loss of neurological function is the main reason that affects their nurses' anxiety and depression.Conclusion:1.CIS patients have different degrees of loss of neurological function, including primary diseases, smoking age,the lesion part and other factors.Promote clinical treatment and rehabilitation to improve the prognosis of patients.2.Nursing staff of CIS patients are more severe depression,is one of the influencing factors of neural function in patients with, should cause the attention of medical personnel,we should according to the characteristics of the nursing staff's individual situation to develop the effective treatment measures, timely and effective to prevent the generation of the caregivers negative emotions.
