In our country, the care and nursing tasks of patients with advanced cancer are mainly undertaken by their families. They not only have to bear the blow of their relatives'illness or even death, but also have to adjust their bad mood and patients. At the same time, they should be responsible for daily care of patients and bear the high cost of medical operations. They often appear anxiety, worry, sadness, insomnia and other psychological reactions, facing physical and psychological pressure.Based on the "Carnation" Medical and Road Peer Social Work Service Program of X Social Work Institution, through demand research,we found that the main caregivers of patients with advanced cancer had four demands:physiological decompression, psychological decompression, stress relief due to lack of nursing knowledge and skills, and interpersonal communication decompression.Through the recruitment and screening of members,eight-person-scale decompression group was formed.Seven group activities were designed with the concept of interactive mode to assist the main caregivers of patients with advanced cancer in decompression. To some extent, the development of the pressure relief team has helped the team members to alleviate the pressure,However,There are some problems, such as insufficient use of social workers'professional skills, the continuity of service needs to be strengthened, the arrangement of activities needs to be improved, and insufficient attention to personalized needs, which need to be improved and enhanced in the follow-up practical work.
