As society enters the stage of modernization, the age structure of the population gradually moves from a young state to an aging one.The economic development of developed countries is sufficient to cope with the challenges of aging, while our country has ushered in the peak of aging without preparation, and various social problems have become prominent. The new UN standard is that the proportion of the 65-year-old elderly population reaches 7%,which means that they enter the "aging society";the proportion of the 65-year-old elderly population exceeds 14%,then they enter the“aging society".Although my country has not yet fully entered the "aging society" stage,it is moving forward at a high growth rate of the "aging society".Based on the background of aging,it is found that all aspects of elderly care services are limited and unbalanced in resource supply. At the same time, there is a shortage of medical supplies for the health services that can be provided to the elderly. The combination of medical and nursing care is imminent, and the existing pension methods and institutions provide pension In view of the current situation, the built-in integrated medical care and old-age care model is a new type of old-age care method based on the physical health needs of the elderly. It is an innovative attempt to effectively combine medical care and old-age care.Economic development, focusing on meeting the needs of the elderly,is conducive to improving the quality of elderly care services,is a useful exploration of the modernization of China's medical and elderly care services. This article discusses the built-in model of integrated medical care and old-age care.It first explains the research background and significance, reviews the domestic and foreign literature, and briefly describes the research methods and ideas used.On the basis of related concepts, the connotation of the built-in medical and nursing combination pension model is defined, combined with active aging,Maslow's hierarchy theory of needs, and welfare pluralism,to provide a theoretical basis for discussing this model of pension, and to summarize relevant policy documents.Secondly, taking the Xinhua Home Pension Apartment in Beijing as a case to discuss the current status of the built-in medical and nursing integration pension model, mainly using questionnaire surveys and interviews to obtain first-hand information for case analysis. In order to summarize the problems of the built-in medical and nursing combined pension model, such as inadequate policy protection, unreasonable resource staffing, difficulty in fund raising, low information construction and low utilization rate, further analysis of the causes of these four difficulties. On this basis, this article makes recommendations to the government, society, and institutional service parties. From the government level,it is necessary to achieve the goal of active aging, and play the role of system leadership, such as improving the system, clarifying management authority, strengthening talent cultivation, leading social investment, and exploring long-term care security;from the social level,we must practice pluralism of welfare The concept and practice of the doctrine advocate multi-participation,such as formulating unified industry standards, attaching importance to the development of talents, and social organizations actively participate in the investment of medical and nursing care institutions, improve marketization, and rely on big data to develop smart products for the elderly; As a direct subject of providing old-age care services, the care-incorporated institutions should be guided by Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory.Such as observing construction standards and legal regulations, optimizing staffing, strengthening scientific and technological research and development and data informatization construction, and exploring smart pensions.Eventually promote the development and improvement of the built-in medical and nursing care model.
