Objectives:To investigate the current status of adversity quotient,professional values and work engagement,as well as explore the relevant influencing factors and their interaction relationship in standardized training nurses.And explore the mechanism of adversity quotient and professional values on work engagement.To achieve the goal of improving the work engagement of nurses and mobilizing their work enthusiasm.And from the internal level of the hospital to explore its corresponding education,training and management strategies,looking forward to improve the quality of standardized training nurses,optimize the management of clinical nursing human resources,and continuously improve the quality of clinical care services.Methods:Totally 500 nurses who participated in standardized training in 2016 and 2017 from 2 comprehensive third grade-A hospitals in Nanchang City were selected,and surveyed using general data questionnaire,adversity quotient scale,occupational value scale and work engagement scale.Data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software,analyzed by descriptive analysis,t-test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,multiple linear regression analysis,and Amos23.0 software was used to explore the mediating role of professional values in adversity quotient and work engagement.Results1.The total score of adversity quotient of standardized training nurses was 126.83±16.45.The total scores of each dimension from high to low are control(32.72±5.91),origin & ownership(32.60±3.73),reach(31.00±5.02),endurance(30.42±5.25).The total value of nurses' professional values is 97.87±15.94.The four dimensions from high to low are trust(4.03±0.74),care(3.86±0.66),responsibility free security(3.78±0.64),and activism(3.54±0.64).The total work engagement of nurses in the training is 63.40±21.40.The average scores of each dimension are from high to low,followed by vitality dimension(4.35±1.41),concentration dimension(4.14±1.54),and dedication dimension(4.09±1.56);2.There is a statistical difference in the attitude of the nurses in the training of the nurses in terms of academic qualifications,time of training,and attitudes toward the positions they are engaged in,P<0.05.The professional values are statistically significant in terms of age,only child,education,family disposable income,whether they have experienced large setbacks at home,and attitudes toward the positions they are engaged in,P<0.05;The work was invested in the only child,the time of training,and the attitude towards the position they were engaged in,statistically significant,P<0.05;3.The control,origin & ownership,and reach in the adversity quotient are significantly positively correlated with the values and work input(P<0.01);The control,responsibility commitment,and adversity impact time in the anti-business are significantly positively correlated with the values and work input(P<0.01);Work engagement and each dimension were significantly positively correlated with control,responsibility,time of adversity,vitality,dedication,and concentration(P<0.01);4.In the analysis of the mediating effect of professional values,professional values play a part in mediating between anti-business and work input(30.6%);Professional values play a part in mediating between adversity quotient and work dedication(29.4%);professional values play a partial intermediary role in adversity quotient and work engagement(29.4%);5.The dimensions of the adversity quotient have a certain predictive effect on the work engagement,and the control has a certain positive predictive effect on the vitality.The origin & ownership bears a certain positive predictive effect on dedication and concentration;Professional values have a direct predictive effect on work commitment.Activism can directly act on vitality,dedication and concentration.Freedom of responsibility and responsibility can directly affect vitality and concentration;Responsibility can be indirectly applied to all dimensions of work input.origin & ownership can be indirectly acted upon by vitality,dedication and concentration through activism.origin & ownership can be indirectly affected by vitality and concentration through the freedom of responsibility.Conclusion:1.The adversity quotient of standardized training nurses was moderate levels,and the professional values and work engagement were medium to high.2.The age,education,only a child,time of standard training,attitude towards the position,family disposable income each one,and large adversity in the family have a certain impact on the standardized training nurses' adversity quotient,professional values and work engagement in demographic variables.3.There is a significant correlation between standardized training nurses' adversity quotient,professional values,and work engagement.4.The adversity quotient and professional values of standardized training nurses have a direct predictive effect on their work engagement.The adversity quotient of standardized training nurses also uses professional values as mediators,which indirectly affects work engagement.By improving the level of adversity quotient of standardized training nurses,guiding them to establish correct professional values will help to improve the work engagement of standardized training nurses.
