Objective: To investigate the current situation of nurses' adversity quotient in grade III A hospitals in Shenyang,this study analyzes the influencing factors of nurses' adversity quotient and provides theoretical basis for further in-depth study of intervention strategies of adversity quotient.The aim is to provide a new perspective for nursing managers to reduce nurses' professional pressure and help nurses to build a mature psychological defense mechanism.Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 327 clinical nurses in3 tertiary and first-class hospitals in Shenyang.The research tools include general information questionnaire and nurse stress consultation form.SPSS22.0 was used for data analysis.The average and standard deviation were used to describe the current situation of nurses' adversity quotient level.The influencing factors of nurses' adversity quotient were analyzed by single factor analysis(independent sample t test)and multiple factor analysis(multiple linear regression).Results: 1.The adversity quotient score of Shenyang nurses was(110.76 ± 18.0)which was above the average level2.Analysis of the influencing factors of nurses' adversity quotient in the third-class and first-class hospitals in Shenyang City(1)The results of one-way ANOVA showed that age,working years,position,professional title,presence or absence of children,shift,love of nursing work and willingness to quit had statistically significant effects on nurses' adversity quotient(p< 0.05).(2)The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the position,shift,love of nursing work and willingness to quit entered the multiple linear regression equation(p < 0.05).Therefore,position,frequency,love of nursing work and willingness to leave are the influencing factors of nurses' adversity quotient.Conclusion: 1.Adversity quotient of nurses in the third-class first-class hospitals in Shenyang is on the middle to upper level.2.The influencing factors of nurses' adversity quotient in the third-level first-class hospitals in Shenyang are position,frequency,love of nursing work and willingness to leave.
