Objective to investigate the occupational identity,work pressure and work well-being of male nurses in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The purpose of this survey is to promote the occupational health of male nurses and improve the quality of nursing work.At the same time,it provides reference for nursing educators and administrators.Methods this study is mainly a cross-sectional study.355 male nurses working in the tertiary hospitals in Inner Mongolia from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects by using convenient sampling method.By using the method of question naire survey,the work pressure,professional identity and work well-being of male nurses in the third level hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were investigated.The questionnaire consists of four parts:general information questionnaire,Chinese nurses' job stressor scale,occupational identity scale and nurses' job well-being scale.In this survey,SPSS25.0 is mainly used for scientific statistical analysis of data.The main statistical methods used in this survey are descriptive analysis,one-way ANOVA,multiple linear regression analysis and pearson correlation analysis.Results? the work stress of male nurses:through the single factor analysis of the influencing factors of the work stress of male nurses,it was found that there were statistically significant differences in the scores of working years,marriage,children and monthly average night shift of male nurses(P<0.05).? In the aspect of male nurses' Professional Identity:the single factor analysis of the influencing factors of male nurses' professional identity showed that there were statistically significant differences in working years,professional titles,marriage and children's scores(P<0.05).? On the aspect of job happiness of male nurses:through the single factor analysis of the influencing factors of job happiness of male nurses,it was found that there were statistically significant differences in the scores of labor relations,marriage and monthly average night shift of male nurses(P<0.05).?There was a positive correlation between male nurses' professional identity and work pressure(r=0.803,P<0.001),a positive correlation between male nurses' professional identity and work happiness(r=0.763,P<0.001),and a negative correlation between male nurses' work pressure and work happiness(r=-0.623,P<0.001).Conclusion ?Working years(>15 years),marriage(divorce),children(none),monthly average night shift(7-8)are the most influential factors of working pressure;?working years(6-10 years),professional title(nurse),marriage(married)and children(one)are the most influential factors of professional identity;?labor relations(in preparation),marriage(married)and monthly average night shift(0-4)are lucky to work;?In this survey,we found that male nurses' professional identity,work pressure and work well-being affect each other,so we should pay attention to the influence of male nurses' professional identity and work pressure to improve their work well-being.
