| Objectives:Observe the clinical efficacy of Shenbai Lotion in the treatment of common postoperative complications in elderly patients with mixed hemorrhoids,and comprehensively evaluate its efficacy and safety.It provides a theoretical basis for the clinical use of Shenbai Lotion to treat common complications in elderly patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:90 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group,control group and blank group.The treatment group used 150 ml of Shenbai Lotion on the anorectal fumigation treatment instrument for 20 minutes after defecation from the morning of the second day after surgery.The control group used 150 ml of potassium permanganate solution with a concentration of 1: 4000 for fumigation treatment.The blank group was treated with 150 ml of warm water for fumigation and washing.The routine treatment of the three groups of patients before and after fumigation was the same.Observe the conditions of wound edema,wound pain and wound bleeding in the three groups before treatment(that is,no drugs were used from the morning of the first day after surgery),3 days after surgery,7 days after surgery,and 14 days after surgery.Quantitative scoring and recording were performed,and the healing time and hospitalization time were counted.The total clinical efficacy was limited to the 14 th day after surgery.Finally,statistical analysis of the data to draw conclusions.Results:1 General information: There is no statistically significant difference in gender,age and course of disease among the three groups(P> 0.05),and the data are comparable.2 Edema score:(1)Before treatment: The edema score of the treatment group was compared with the control group and the blank group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(2)3 days after operation: the edema scores of the treatment group were compared with the control group and the blank group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(3)7 days after operation: There was a statistically significant differencebetween the edema score of the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the blank group(P> 0.05).(4)14 days after operation: the edema scores of the treatment group were compared with the control group and the blank group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(5)The edema scores of the three groups were compared and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3 Pain scores:(1)Before treatment: The pain scores of the treatment group were compared with the control group and the blank group,and there was no statistically significant difference(P> 0.05).(2)3 days after operation: The pain scores of the treatment group were compared with the control group and the blank group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(3)7 days after operation: The pain scores of the treatment group were compared with the control group and the blank group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(4)14 days after operation: the pain scores of the treatment group were compared with the control group and the blank group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(5):Compared with the pain scores of the three groups of patients,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4 Bleeding score:(1)Before treatment: The treatment group was compared with the control group and the blank group,and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(2)3 days after surgery: There was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in bleeding scores(P> 0.05);there was a statistically significant difference in the treatment group and the blank group bleeding scores(P <0.05).(3)7 days after operation: there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in bleeding scores(P> 0.05);there was a statistically significant difference in the treatment group and the blank group bleeding scores(P <0.05).(4)14 days after surgery: the bleeding scores of the treatment group were compared with the control group and the blank group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(5)There was no significant difference in bleeding scores among the three groups(P> 0.05).5 Healing time: The average healing time of the three groups was 23.90 ± 2.20 days,27.47 ± 2.43 days,and 28.27 ± 1.31 days.Compared with the three groups,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).6 Hospitalization time: The average hospitalization time of the three groups was 11.30 ±2.44 days,12.93 ± 2.91 days,13.13 ± 2.64 days.The difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).7 Curative effect index(%): The curative effect indexes of the three groups were 90.63 ±9.44,76.39 ± 11.65 and 78.19 ± 11.23 respectively.The difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).8 Evaluation of clinical efficacy: Comparing the clinical efficacy of the three groups of patients,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).9 Adverse reactions: The treatment group and the blank group did not find any treatment-related adverse reactions during the treatment process,and 4 cases of adverse reactions occurred in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1 Shenbai Lotion is used in elderly postoperative mixed hemorrhoids to relieve postoperative edema,pain,and bleeding.2 Shenbai Lotion interferes with postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids in the elderly,and it is significantly better than the control group and the blank group in reducing swelling and analgesia;the hemostatic effect is better than the blank group,but the curative effect is comparable to that of the control group.3 Shenbai Lotion is used in elderly patients with mixed hemorrhoids,which can effectively shorten the hospitalization time and wound healing time,and it is safe to use without obvious adverse reactions.It is worth further clinical promotion. |
