Objective: Under the guidance of the tutor,this subject observed the clinical efficacy and safety of shaoyao decoction in treating diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome)through a randomized controlled trial,so as to further prove the superiority of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment system,and provide an effective treatment options for the clinical treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:Prospectie,randomized,controlled method is adopted in changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital liver spleen and stomach disease outpatient clinical studies,and collect the December 2018-December 2019 accord with standard of this subject cases into the group,into the group of cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,for the treatment group,30 cases in the control group,30 cases may occur in the process of project implementation patients compliance not ideal led to the suspension of sample loss and adverse reaction,in 60 cases on the basis of sample size is increased by20% to ensure the experimental observation of sample size.In the treatment group,shaoyao decoction was given for flavoring,and 450 ml of juice was obtained by water decoction,each time 150 ml,which was taken orally twice a day,respectively in the morning and evening after meals.The control group was given bifidum triplet live bacteria capsules orally,2 times a day,2 ~ 3 capsules each time.Before 4 weeks treatment respectively for the treatment of two groups of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in patients with symptomatic list,IBS illness severity scale,detection and safety treatment,and the feasibility of using statistical analysis to verify the experiment,the record again after a period of treatment in the two groups of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in patients with symptoms integral table,IBS illness severity scale,detection and safety treatment,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of two groups of patients.Results: The comparative data of the two groups of patients were statistically tested,indicating that there was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,symptom score before treatment,etc.,between the two groups of patients,so this clinicalobservation was feasible.A total of 60 patients completed the experiment,including 30 patients in the treatment group,among which 13 were cured,14 showed obvious effect,2were effective,and 1 was ineffective.The total effective rate was 96.7%.In the control group,there were 30 cases,including 6 cases of recovery,14 cases of obvious effect,8 cases of effective and 2 cases of ineffective,with the total effective rate of 93.3%.Through the non-parametric test,the P value was 0.020,less than 0.05.Combined with the total effective rate of both,the treatment group had a better effect.The IBS-SSS score of the two groups was compared: after statistical test,there was no difference in the severity of the disease between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),while there was a difference in the score after treatment(P < 0.05).Moreover,the value after treatment of the two groups was better than before treatment.Both groups had therapeutic effect on the disease,but the treatment group was more able to improve the quality of life of the patients.After statistical analysis,there was no difference in TCM symptom score between the two groups,with a p value greater than 0.05 before treatment,and a difference between the two groups with a p value less than 0.05 after treatment.In addition,the score after treatment was lower than that before treatment,indicating that both groups had therapeutic effect,but the treatment group was more able to improve the symptoms of patients.There was no abnormality in the safety observation of the two groups and no adverse reaction in the treatment course.Conclusion: Shaoyao decoction has a better clinical effect by clearing heat and dampness,regulating qi and blood,treating spleen and stomach dampness-heat syndrome of diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome,and harmonizing liver and spleen.It can relieve the symptoms of patients to a greater extent,improve their quality of life,and is safe without side effects.
