With the rapid development of society, people's living pressure is increasing, the incidence of psychological and mental problems is also increasing, the number of patients with mental disorders is increasing year by year, and the causes of the disease emerge in endlessly.Although the state's social support for mental disorders is gradually increasing, the number of professional mental disorders prevention and treatment services is far from enough. At present, the prevention and treatment of mental disorders in our country is mainly based on family care.At the same time, mental disorders are difficult to cure, which means that families of mental disorders need lifelong care for patients.Family caregivers of patients with mental disorders need to undertake long-term care work. They often face great physical and psychological pressure. At present, academic research on family resilience of patients with mental disorders is relatively scarce in the country. Therefore,it is an important part of the future research to study the sources of stress in families with mental disorders and propose ways to improve the resilience of families. Therefore,it is urgent to study and explore the family resilience of mental disorders patients with social work intervention.Family caregivers of patients with mental disorders generally face great pressure.Through investigation,it is found that families of patients with mental disorders with a disease duration of three years or more have the most urgent need to enhance family resilience. The patient's family said that they faced various pressures from the onset of the patient's illness, including problems from the public's incomprehension. They hoped that the family could return to normal life and have strong ability to cope with difficulties.Social workers hope that they can use their professional knowledge to help clients solve practical problems and enhance the resilience of caregivers of mentally handicapped patients and the whole family.A 43-year-old female patient with mental disorders who has been ill for more than three years is selected as the main research object, and her husband, that is,her caregiver,is taken as the main research object to discuss the life and psychological needs of the family of patients with mental disorders.Based on this discussion, the source and solution of the problem are discussed to help the case owner to solve practical problems, carry out case service, and improve the case owner's ability to solve problems,so as to achieve the purpose of relieving the case owner's pressure. This article mainly uses the perspective of family resilience to analyze the reasons for the low resilience of families with mental disorders from three aspects:family beliefs, family organization model and family communication problems. It also evaluates, summarizes and reflects on the changes of the case owners through CD-RISC psychological scale, observation and interview methods, thus finding out effective methods to improve the resilience of families with mental disorders, and puts forward targeted suggestions. This article mainly combines the study of family resilience with the study of families of patients with mental disorders, discusses the resilience stimulated by families of patients with mental disorders in the face of adversity, applies the professional method of case social work from the perspective of social work, and looks at the family group of patients with mental disorders from a more positive perspective, which helps people to look at this group from another perspective, from the "weak perspective" to the "advantage perspective",enriches the research field of families of patients with mental disorders, and has definite theoretical value and significance.
