As a special medical material,blood plays an important role in clinic.The supply of blood can only be provided by the public without compensation,which leads to a greater randomness in the supply of blood.The daily blood demand of clinical patients fluctuates,which leads to the uncertainty of blood demand.In addition,blood has the characteristics of life cycle,blood type and freshness.Therefore,the management of blood inventory is quite different from that of general perishable goods.It is necessary to fully consider the characteristics of blood,timely replenish the blood inventory and reasonable distribution to ensure the clinical use.In view of the above problems,in the dynamic decision-making of inventory,the adjustment and distribution decision of blood is integrated.Based on this,a dynamic optimization model is established,which breaks through the defects of traditional single-stage and static decision-making.In the premise of considering many complex factors,this thesis studies the blood inventory problem,breaking through the limitations of traditional perishable products and blood inventory management theories and methods.Considering the weak economy of blood security,traditional blood inventory management usually takes cost,ischemia and scrap as decision criteria.In this thesis,considering the characteristics of blood,we propose to use the indexes such as the amount of blood ischemia,the amount of waste after expiration,and the fairness of distribution as the multiple decision criteria,which will promote the rationalization of blood collection,coordination,distribution and other decisions.Based on the requirement of considering the life cycle and freshness of blood,the coordination model between blood stations was constructed.At the same time,based on the life cycle of blood and the fairness of distribution,the distribution model of central blood station and hospital is constructed.First of all,describe the problem of blood regulation and distribution,put forward the characteristics of blood regulation and distribution and the principles to be followed,then make reasonable assumptions on the problem and build a mathematical model.Secondly,through the previous reading of the literature,we choose a more reasonable strategy of blood inventory replenishment for simulation and optimization.By comparing the shortage and fairness of EWA?(s,S)?(s,Q)and(t,S)strategies,a more reasonable inventory strategy can be selected.Finally,the sensitivity analysis of the control parameters of the selected inventory strategy is carried out,and then the more reasonable control parameters are determined.By simulating a large number of demand events,it can be concluded that EWA strategy is a more reasonable inventory replenishment strategy compared with the other three inventory strategies.In the inventory system modeling,supply and demand fluctuation,life cycle distribution,adjustment,freshness constraints and other factors are considered to deepen the blood supply chain research,enrich the blood and perishable goods inventory management theory.By analyzing the performance of blood security under various strategies,selecting the optimal replenishment strategy will help to improve the efficiency of blood inventory management,solve the problem of blood inventory management in China,and improve the level of blood security to meet the clinical blood demand,which is of great practical significance.
