With the rapid development of medical and health services and the people's increasing demand for health services,medical materials(MMs)are widely and frequently comsumed in medical activities.Although the development of MMs helps in promoting the development of clinical diagnosis and treatment levels,it also brings many management issues such as high cost,low efficiency for hospital managers.How to effectively solving the problem of MMs management has become an urgent need for modern hospitals but also a key focus of the New Medical Reform.Therefore,in order to reduce the low efficiency of hospital logistics management and the potential medical security risks caused by the backward management model,it is urgent to improve the traditional MMs management model.This study solves scientific problems regarding inventory management,supplier management,etc.through the introduction of advanced logistics management model and the using of effective methods.It aimes at realizing the rational allocation of hospital logistics resources and so as to improve hospital logistics management level,which is of important value and significance.This thesis systematically studies the SPD(Supply,processing and distribution)model-based hospital MMs logistics management problems.This thesis analyzes the MMs management problem under SPD model,and establishes MMs inventory control model,inventory collaborative optimization model,and MMs supplier selection model respectively regarding the existing management problems including out of stock,demand uncertainty and supplier differences,etc.Specifically,this thesis analyzes the influence of MMs supplier ranking on the logistics management cost,efficiency and quality control,etc.,and studied MMs supplier selection model based on the entropy method and VIKOR method.This thesis studies inventory control model under the condition of allowing shortage,and proposes the multi population genetic algorithm(MGPA)-based solving method.This thesis studies consumption forecasting-based inventory collaborative optimization model,and designs an improved particle swarm algorithm(M-PSO)to solve it.The main innovative research works are summarized as follows:(1)For the problems of high costs and inefficient in hospital MMs management,this study establishes SPD model for MMs logistics management.Then this thesis comprehensively illustrates the SPD model in terms of connotation,physical model,optimization model,business processes and the relationships with medical cost control as well.Comparison is also made between the traditional model and SPD model in terms of the business processes.Deep analysis on the characteristics,advantages and application conditions of the SPD model is also performed.The MMs SPD model cannot only improve the cooperative efficiency of medical supply chain and promote the integration of hospital logistics business process management,but also has important practical significance on reducing the cost,improving the efficiency and controling the quality of hospital logistics management.(2)According to the actual requirement of hospital MMs supplier performance evaluation,this paper studies the comprehensive evaluation model based on the integration of entropy weight method and VIKOR method.SPD model-based MMs supplier evaluation index system is constructed consisting of 5 categories of indicators such as quality,price and service,etc.Improved entropy weight method is proposed to set weights of MMs supplier evaluation indicators.A VIKOR-based method is employed to build the evaluation model of MMs suppliers.Real hospital data is utilized to verify the validity of the evaluation model.The experimental results show that by sorting and filtering the MMs suppliers through comprehensive evaluation,the model properly help hospital select optimal MMs suppliers,so as to optimize the supply process of MMs.(3)According to the replenishment characteristics of MMs in hospital,this thesis investigates(Q,R)replenishment strategy-based inventory control models for MMs management in SPD model.At first,this thesis constructs the basic MMs inventory control model,analyzes the main parameters regarding to the model including reorder point,order quantity,etc.At the same time,this study puts forward MMs inventory control model under the condition of allowing shortages and proposes MPGA to solve the optimal order point and fixed order quantity.More specific analyses regarding the impact of shortage costs and order frequency on the order point,order quantity and the total costs are also performed on the basis of real hospital data.Experimental results indicate that compared with traditional empirical management,the inventory control model this thesis proposes can optimize the hospital MMs replenishment via setting inventory parameters includes order quantity,order point,etc.,and so as to effectively reduce the inventory costs and risks of hospitals.(4)For the uncertainty characteristics of MMs demand in hospital,the collaborative optimization model of hospital MMs inventory under SPD model is studied.Demand forecasting model and inventory collaborative optimization model of MMs are respectively constructe.M-PSO is proposed and adopted to solve the models established in this paper.Comparisons are performed between the M-PSO-based active replenishment strategy and traditional fixed-point replenishment strategy with the actual hospital data.Experimental results show that the M-PSO-based active replenishment strategy significantly reduces the occupied cost of hospital MMs.It indicates that by applying this model in practice cab significantly decrease total costs and improve the operation efficiency of hospital.This thesis studies the supplier selection model,basic MMs inventory control model,inventory control model that allows shortage and demand forecasting-based collaborative inventory optimization model,and put forward corresponding optimization solutions.With the continuous progress of grading treatment system and the implementation of the New Medical Reform policy,more and more influence factors on MMs supply and inventory management efficiency are emerging,and thus increase the management difficulty of MMs.Therefore,scientific problems of special MMs management,multi-distict collaborative logistics management and multi-echelon inventory collaborative management will become important research directions in the future.
