Emergent and serious diseases contribute to the increase of the coordinative medical innovation level and the thickness of the relationship among the medical supply chain members,and international medical organizations.Coordinative medical innovation included professional scholars among the world,the medical research institutions,international medical organizations,the universities and the medical supplies manufacturers is beneficial to faster the process.The awakening health awareness and the improvement income are also critical to promote the medical innovation.With the rapid spread of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic abroad,governments need to accelerate the process of development and proposal of vaccines and effective therapeutic drugs and solutions.The R&D and medical innovation has been proposed by medical enterprises to meet the diverse and sophisticated market,and it is a complex strategy system need to consider some factors.When studying the innovation strategy of the medical supply chain driven by market demand,first analyze the feedback information and the market reaction before and after the launch of the new product to estimate the benefits of innovation.This article starts with the market demand for medical products,use feedback information to characterize market demand,and builds a two-level medical supply chain with medical product suppliers and medical service providers(hospitals)as decision-making main members.Analyze the medical supply chain innovation decision-making and member benefit coordination mechanism driven by factors such as new product market entry decision,demand preference and demand uncertainty.Under different driving forces,medical product suppliers need to make decisions on the R&D and production investment of general products and improved products,while hospitals need to make decisions on the investment of general medical services and improved medical services.Then introduce new product attractiveness to analyze the decision-making changes of innovative products when facing different consumer preferences and analyze the impact of market demand uncertainty on medical supply chain innovation.Under the influence of market entry decisions,new product listing decisions are introduced to analyze the impact of consumers' responses to new products(the desire to purchase new products)on consumer demand.And construct a two-stage innovation decision-making model that considers feedback information and the new product launch.Further starting from consumer preferences,research the optimal strategy for innovative cooperation between hospitals and medical product suppliers and the optimal investment strategy for medical product suppliers to produce new and general products under the influence of the attractiveness of new products.In the face of market uncertainties,considering the influence of market demand uncertain factors on the optimal strategy of innovative cooperation between hospitals and medical product suppliers,a random decision decentralized strategy model and a random decision centralized strategy model are constructed.The research results show that feedback information can reduce the research and development costs of new medical products and improved medical services.Positive feedback from users on new medical products and improved medical services can promote continuous innovation of medical companies and hospitals to provide better services.The effectiveness of the feedback information will promote the innovation and cooperation of members,thereby promoting the attractiveness,reputation and overall profit of medical supply chain products.User needs will further promote product innovation.
