"Internet Medical + artificial intelligence" provides the technical feasibility for the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment services in community hospitals.It is an effective method to promote the interconnection of medical information,sharing and collaboration,and the popularization of scientific diagnosis in community hospitals,assist community doctors to improve the efficiency and ability of diagnosis and treatment,and deal with medical reform.This project takes "Huimei auxiliary diagnosis and treatment service" as the carrier of design and research,aiming at improving the ability of diagnosis and treatment service and the experience of doctors and patients in community hospitals,and designs and researches the terminal system of auxiliary diagnosis and treatment service in community hospitals.First of all,this paper combs the literature related to the community hospital auxiliary diagnosis and treatment service terminal system,and determines the research content of the subject.After that,the theory and method based on which the research is based are sorted out.Through the concept and method of service design "user first + tracking experience process + involving all contact points + committed to creating a perfect user experience",Using the design process of product service system demand domain,function domain and scheme domain,and the principle and method of product service system design to guide the design of community hospital auxiliary diagnosis and treatment service terminal system.Then,it analyzes the design of community hospital auxiliary diagnosis and treatment service terminal system.Construct key person map,analyze the human-computer relationship of information and behavior interaction between stakeholders and service terminals;Combing the service contacts of the community hospital auxiliary diagnosis and treatment service terminal system,clarifying the service content and laying the foundation for the subsequent analysis of the service terminal;then analyzing the application scenario,combing analysis,structure design and interaction mode of the entity service terminal,analyzing the application scenario,information architecture,operation process and page design of the software service terminal Existing problems,mining design elements and opportunities.Then,the demand of community hospital auxiliary diagnosis and treatment service was investigated and analyzed.According to the planning form,the questionnaire,observation and interview of the target users are carried out,and the data obtained are summarized and analyzed to obtain some pain points and needs of users.To subdivide the role model of the research group,establish the user role model,user journey map,task model and scenario construction,as a supplement to improve the research content,so as to summarize the user problem demand list and transform the design task.Finally,based on the above research content,the service system architecture and function modules are defined and analyzed to obtain the function priority classification.According to the design task,guide the design of auxiliary diagnosis and treatment service terminal of community hospital,evaluate the design scheme,and verify the satisfaction of users and the content to be improved through the evaluation results.There are 89 figures,23 tables and 75 references in this paper.
