Research On Service Design Of Intelligent Diagnosis And Treatment Station System Under The Background Of Internet Medical Treatment

As people pay more and more attention to health problems,the problem of difficulty in seeing a doctor is becoming more and more prominent.The traditional diagnosis and treatment process has been far from meeting the increasing number of people and users'needs,which seriously affects the efficiency and experience of people's medical treatment,and restricts the improvement of national health level.On the other hand,the Internet has entered the field of medical and health care,upgrading the diagnosis and treatment service mode,which has become an important means to solve the national medical problems and promote the upgrading of the medical and health industry.Therefore,this paper proposes a future oriented intelligent diagnosis and treatment station service system,combining with the concept of service design,to explore a new mode of diagnosis and treatment service integrating online and offline development and"consultation purchase rehabilitation guidance".First of all,this paper summarizes the evolution of diagnosis and treatment services,and proposes the concept of intelligent diagnosis and treatment,service population and diagnosis and treatment category based on the existing technical means.Then through the questionnaire and interview,the target population of the service system is investigated,the pain points in the daily medical treatment process are sorted out,and the user demand hierarchy table is constructed.Combined with the service design tools,the paper analyzes the stakeholders and service processes in the service system,draws the service blueprint,and puts forward the design principles and Strategies of the service system.Finally,the feasibility of the strategy is verified through the design and practice of the intelligent diagnosis and treatment station service system of "ren ren you yi".This topic is closely following the development direction of Internet medicine.Based on the trend of technology development,it puts forward a more forward-looking new diagnosis and treatment mode,hoping to provide some reference for the design and research in the future medical field and contribute to the construction of China's major health industry.
