Research And Practice Of Hospital Track Logistics Transmission System Design Based On Service Design Concept

Industry 4.0 is an era in which information technology is used to promote industrial transformation,including three themes of intelligent factory,intelligent production and intelligent logistics.Traditional enterprises have been using the logistics transmission system under the Internet information technology to improve the management efficiency and production quality.Most of the fields are production industries,including agriculture,manufacturing,logistics and other large-area plant enterprises.In the context of deepening the reform of the medical and health system,the government puts forward to improve the modern hospital management system and promote the practice of hospital informatization management.However,modern large-scale general hospitals have not started to popularize information-based management in a real sense,relying on the old elevator logistics and transportation.Only a small number of hospitals have begun to realize the importance of efficient logistics and transportation system for improving the efficiency of hospital management.This topic is based on the concept of service design and systematization to conduct research.Firstly,existing products and transmission systems are studied with the help of literature and practical case data.Then,user-centered research and analysis are carried out to obtain user needs,including user observation,user interview,field observation,stakeholders and other methods.Then,the real environment is used for situational thinking,and reasonable system solutions are proposed in the new context.The specific methods are user journey diagram,contact matrix,service system diagram,etc.Finally,the prototype is tested based on experience to ensure the continuity and smoothness of service experience.The quality of service and the nature of experience must always remain the same.The research significance of this paper lies in the concept of service design reference to medical service system,to explore the modern hospitals rail type high efficiency management mode,logistics and help people to understand the orbital transfer car transportation products,such as other comprehensive enterprises improve the operation efficiency of logistics given can be used for reference in the reference case and theory,abundant service system design theory and the actual case of supplement.
