Clinical Observation Of Treating Atrophic Acne Scars With Microneedling Therapy

Objective:To investigate the clinical experience of treating atrophic acne scars with microneedling therapy and observe the curative effect.Methods : A total of 90 patients with atrophic acne scars in Stomatolgical Hospital Of Chongqing Medical University were selected as subjects of this study.The patients were divided into Boxcar group,Rolling group and Ice pick group.All groups were treated with microneedling therapy at one month interval,During the treatment,the patient was instructed to strengthen the skin's moisture and sunscreen.Before each treatment,the patient was asked to clean the skin,take pictures and is observed the effect of scar treatment on all groups.Results:All the patients treated with skin needling alone,one patent was recovery,27 ones were effective,58 ones were less effective,4 ones were non-effective.The total effective rate of all patients was 96%,.The effective rate of the patients in rolling group and boxcar group were better than that in ice pick group.Conclusions:Microneedle therapy in the treatment of atrophic acne scar were a scientific,effective and safe promotion which meets therequirements of minimally invasive and non-invasive cosmetic surgery.And microneedle is a treatment worthy of promotion.
