| Objective:Observing curative effect and adverse effects of different intervals on the treatment of atrophic ance scar by domestic factional C02 laserthat called "Deep analog mode" combined with "improved Active mode" methods,to find a better treatment interval for domestic factional CO2 laser for atrophic acne scars.Methods:63 patients' clinical date were collected whom diagnosed of atrophic ance scar and with symmetrical scars on both sides of the face from January 20,2017 to February 1,2019.There were 37 males and 26 females with the average age of 25.79±5.79 years old.Patients were randomly divided into treatment intervals 2 months,3 months,and 4 months.All group,In the first step,using domestic fractional CO2 laser to treat strophic acne scar area only on the method called "Deep analog mode"(low energy density,low coverage,small spot,energy:80-99mJ,spacing:0.9-1.2cm).In the second step,treating the atrophic acne scars and the entire surrounding area on the method called "improved Active mode"(low energy density,low coverage,small spot,energy:40-60mJ,distance:1.0-1.3cm).The patients were suggested follow-up 2 months after each treatment.Every patient completed 2 times of treatments.The patients were photographed and scored for ECCA,atrophy,smoothness,efficiency,adverse reaction and patient's satisfaction.Results:l.When 63 patients diagnosed of atrophic acne scar completed 2 times treatment by domestic fractional C02 laser,the ECCAweighted scores gradually decreased with the increase in the frequency of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The ECCA weighted scores for different times of the treatment demonstrated:the ECCA values in the all groups decreased significantly after the first time of treatment,and that of the treatment interval 3 months group improved significantly compared with other group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Skin lesions situation of depression and smoothness scores:Three groups are gradually reduced with the increase in the times of treatment,and that of the treatment interval 3 months group improvement is better than other groups in the skin lesion situation of depression and smoothness scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The effectiveness of treatment:Comparison of treatment interval between February group and March group and April group:Markedly effective in 1 cases(4.76%)VS 4 cases(19.04%)VS 2 cases(9.52%);effective in 7 cases(33.33%)VS 15 cases(71.42%)VS 9 cases(42.85%);general in 13 cases(61.90%)VS 2 cases(9.52%)VS 10 cases(47.61%);and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and that of the treatment interval 3 months group improvement is better than other groups.5.Self-satisfaction degree,very satisfied in 2 cases(9.52%)VS 6 cases(28.57%)VS 3 cases(14.28%);satisfied in 8 cases(38.09%)VS 14 cases(66.66%)VS 13 cases(61.90%);generally satisfied in 11 cases(52.38%)VS 1 cases(4.76%)VS 5 cases(23.80%);and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment interval 3 months group's self-satisfaction degree is better than other groups.6.The erythema,edema,paining,pruritus,and scars would recover 7-12 days after the treatment of all groups.There were no significant adverse reactions in 62 patients,only 1 patient developed hyperpigmentation and terminated laser treatment.Pigmentation subsided after half a year.Conclusion:1.The method of "Deep analog mode" combined with "improved Active mode" is effective in treating acne scars and has fewer adverse reactions.2.The treatment acne scars interval of 3 months with "Deep analog mode" combined with "improved Active mode"is effective than the interval of 2 months/4 months,improving skin texture,tone and minimizing pores.and the patient satisfaction was high.3.The pre-treatment effecttreatment acne scars with "Deep analog mode" combined with "improved Active mode" is better than the late stage. |
