| Objective:In order to discuss a new effective and safety method to treat the artophic acne scar, we observe the clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and downtime of artophic acne scars treated with the technology of micro-plasma radio combined with centella triterpenes cream..Methods:Collect 40 cases patients with atrophic acne scar in Nanjing university of TCM, Jiangyin subsidiary hospital from March 2015 to March 2016. They were all Fitzpatrick III-IV type. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 patients in each group. Technology of micro-plasma radio combined with centella triterpenes cream were used in observation group. Control group used technology of micro-plasma radio treatment only. They were all treated once every 8 weeks. Three times is a course of treatment. Each group was observed for one course. Two group patients were all received technology of micro-plasma radio treatment in plasma sliding modes and fixed modes double treatments. After the treatment, centella triterpenses cream was used in the observation group twice a day. Indications of each patients were also observed, for example, intensity, cicatrices character etc. were recorded into the B.Dreno’s ECCA rating sheet before and after (the first, the second and third times for every 8 weeks) treatments. These were all used as the evidence of weighted score. The adverse reaction of each treatment were recorded immediately and after treatment, including:persistent erythema, furfuration, purulent exudate, pigment abnormalities and secondary hyperplastic scar etc. The downtime of all patients was also recorded. Evaluate the effect and safety of two groups after every treatment. All statistics were tested and analyzed using SPSS 19.0 statistics software. They used two samples t and χ2 as tools of measure data and the comparison of data material. They used x±s and percentage to express measurement data and occurrence rate, and Taking 0.05 as the test level (a).Results:1. effective:after 3 times treatments, the effective rates of the two groups were all 85%. The pitting acne scar all received different degree improvements.2. ECCA score:Before the treatment, the ECCA score of the observation group was 70.25±11.63 before the treatment, the control group was 68.50±9.47, the two groups were comparison with two samples t test, P=0.605>0.05, there is no statistical significance. After a course treatment (3 times) the ECCA score of the observation group was 35.25±11.97, the control group was 37.75±9.52, the two groups were comparison with two samples t test, P=0.469>0.05, there is no statistical significance. There was no difference between the two groups before the treatment and after 3 times treatment.3. Effective index:The effect index comparison of observation group and the control group after 3 times treatment was:after the first treatment, P=0.842>0.05, no meaning of statistics. After the second treatment,P=0.998>0.05, no meaning of statistics and after the third treatment, P=0.154>0.05, no statistics meaning. After three times treatment, the effect index of the two groups were no statistic difference.4. Compare the three times effect index, the second time was better than the first, and the third time was the best. Not only the observation group, but also the control group, the effect index and the times of treatment was direct ratio.5. Downtime:The downtime of observation group was 5.59±2.80 day, while the control group was 7.35±2.18 day. The downtime of observation was much more shorter than the control group. After t test, P=0.001<0.005. There was statistic difference between the two groups.6. Adverse reactions:after the right moment of the treatment or the early period, all the patients of the two groups have welling, burning and some other discomfortable. In the Downtime, observation group was shorter than the control group. There was just one case of bad reaction. There were no persistence erythema, infect, purulency and other serious reactions appearing.Conclusion:The observation group was treated with the technology of micro-plasma radio combined with centella triterpenes cream and the control group was treated with micro-plasma radio only were all effectively in pitting acne scarring. There were no obvious differences found in the two groups. And there also were no serious bad reactions. But the downtime of observation group was shorter than the control group. The research showed that the micro-plasma radio was effective in treating pitting acne scaring. It can speed up the wound repair with the centella triterpenses combination therapy. It can reduce swelling, burning and some other discomfortable. It also can shorten the downtime. It has better clinical value and social meaning to the young patients who need immediate recovery to work and study. It is worthy popularizing. |
