Background and Purpose: Acne scars often affect patients’ lives, social interaction, work and study, to patients with a certain amount of psychological pressure, and is a serious impact on self-image and metal illness. Traditional treatment techniques of acne scars include: chemical peel, fillers, injections of corticosteroids, the use of imiquimod and dermabrasion, etc. But there are some side effects, such as bleeding, postoperative infection, scarring, pigmentation and hypopigmentation and so on.Currently, fractional laser is a better therapeutic method to treat acne scar.Fractional laser acts on the skin surface through tiny beam, resulting in an array of tiny samples of thermal damage zone.It can stimulate the proliferation of dermal collagen fibers, and improve skin texture and color, to avoid thermal damage and other side effects. It can shorten the healing time of skin and avoid the disadvantages of the traditional beauty of the laser. However, after the fractional laser treatment, patients generally appear facial flushing.Composite IPL can achieve the purpose of the removal of facial flushing and improve skin texture. We use American sciton company profie erbium laser array technology combined composite IPL to treat 37 cases of acne scar, and observe that subjects with clinical efficacy and side effects after treatment. Methods: The subjects were 37 cases selected from January 2013 to December 2014 outpatient treatment for acne scar patients. We use American sciton company profie erbium laser dot matrix module, wavelength 2940 nm, maximum power 45 W, pulse width 100 ns, frequency 1-20 HZ. According to the treatment type and skin conditions,we choose the depth of treatment 70-120μm, energy density 17.5-25 j / cm2, spot overlap ratio of 10%-30%. Evaluation criteria: the cure: scar subsided more than90%;Markedly: scar subsided 60%-89%;Effective: scar subsided 40-59%; Invalid: scar<40%. Calculate the total efficiency.37 cases of facial acne depressed patients receive fractional laser treatment, after four weeks, combined with the composite IPL treatment two times, each time interval of 4 weeks. After treatment, satisfaction with treatmentwas evaluated in patients, including very satisfied, satisfied, in general, are not satisfied.Very satisfied and satisfied satisfaction are included. After treatment, common side effects、lost time and pain is observed by doctors and patients.Result:1.Details of the laser dot in the efficacy of facial beauty:37 patients, after 2treatment(each treatment interval of 4 weeks), the total effective rate was 73.0%; 33 cases of patients not cured then after a second treatment, the total effective rate was87.9%; 37 patients,2-4 times treated, the total effective rate was 89.2%. 2.37 cases of patients receiving combined fractional laser phototherapy treatment of joint compound, are to achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect. 3.After one month of treatment, follow-up,all patients were very satisfied or satisfied, general, non-satisfied. Satisfaction rate is83.8%.4.Even if the referral, patient satisfaction of treatment effect remains the same. After treatment wthin 1-3d, the patient had mild skin redness, pain, wound knot thin crust. After 5-10 d,scab off on their own.Wthin 7-14 d, local skin erythema gradually reduced to subside. Side effects were not significant impact on patient satisfaction. No other possible side effects.Conclusions:1.Fractional laser treatment for acne scars have very good clinical efficacy;2.2. Both combination therapy is fewer side effects and better satisfaction.
