Objectives:First,the diagnosis of disease name is the core of disease diagnosis and treatment system.Only by making clear the name of the disease can we grasp the law of the disease,guide the clinical differentiation of diseases,syndrome differentiation and treatment,as well as the in-depth study of the disease.Therefore,this article consults the relevant Tibetan medicine dictionary and combines the characteristics of more than a dozen disease names that are close to "Yigachuspa".Second,through the literature and questionnaire survey methods to clarify the cause of "Yigachuspa ",classification,treatment rules and so on.Third,it is a kind of subjective feeling,which refers to the decrease of desire for food,and the serious Yigachuspa causes the patient to die quickly,but it has not been widely valued.It is hoped that by studying Yigachuspa,doctors will pay attention to it both clinically and academically.Background Yigachuspa is one of the 19 diseases in the third of the four Tibetan medical books,It is caused by eating disorders,which disturb the body and infiltrate into the heart and tongue,leading to not wanting to eat.Yigachuspa first appeared in the most ancient Tibetan medical writings,such as "eight essence","Yuewang Yaozhen",But it is systematically pointed out that the etiology and classified treatment of Yigachuspa Pakistan are in the four departments of Tibetan medicine.In today's society,there is almost no research on this aspect.Collect the names and causes of diseases in other medicine,The harvest of treatment is that there is no specific disease name in ancient Chinese medical records,Most of them were mentioned by ancient doctors when describing the symptoms of spleen diseases,which were attributed to Not to eat,nostalgia,not to eat,fatigue,amenorrhea and other diseases.The earliest medical explanation of anorexia in western medicine appeared in Europe in the 17 th century,Thousands of years later than Tibetan Medicine.Methods: 1.Literature Research By consulting 60 classic works of Tibetan Medicine,The name,etiology,classification and treatment of Yigachuspa were analyzed.2.Clinical research A questionnaire survey of 20 Tibetan medical experts in Qinghai Tibetan Hospital,Understand the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Yigachuspa.Results: First,the origin: Yigachuspa first appeared in the "Yanlarjipa "," Yue Wang Yao Zhen" and other ancient Tibetan medicine,but the systematic explanation of the etiology and classification treatment ofYigachuspa the third << secret <<<< of the four medical codes.Second,it mainly consulted four medical codes,including more than 60 ancient Tibetan medicine and Tibetan medicine dictionaries,and found more than ten names of Yigachuspa and close to yigachuspa..Third,in the four medical classics and some Tibetan medicine classics books,Yigachuspa often shows the symptoms of some diseases.But in some classic collection of medicine ancient literature,from the disease etiology,disease classification and disease treatment and other descriptions,Yigachuspa is completely considered a disease.Therefore,through the way of literature research and questionnaire survey,this paper finally obtains the accurate definition of Yigachspa.Fourth,it clarifies the etiology,classification,treatment law and so on.After collecting and sorting out four medical codes and ancient books of Tibetan medicine in the past dynasties,and using(spss)software statistical analysis,this paper summarizes drug use is summarized and summarized,which provides ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of special diseases.Fifth,this paper analyzes the name of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,as well as the etiology mechanism and treatment law,and understands the diagnosis and treatment characteristics of traditional Chinese and western medicine in this respect.
