Objective:Comparative analysis of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage(UGIH) casesfrom digestive in the Department of internal medicine of the First Affiliated Hospitalof Fujian Medical University and12years before the onset of the disease situation, toinvestigate the relationship between the pathogeny and correlative factors, summary ofthe law, to improve the understanding of clinical characteristics of uppergastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:Collected825Cases of hospitalized patients with UGIH from digestive inthe Department of internal medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian MedicalUniversity from2009May to2013April and1150cases of hospitalized UGIHpatients from1992to2001,comparative analysis on the age, sex, season and thepathogeny distribution.Results:①Compared with12years ago,the average age of onset of UGIH increasedabout5years old,the total incidence rate rose11.21percent in elderly people; The DUincidence rate in the young group decreased (P<0.01); incidence of GC, AGMLdecreased in Middle aged group(all P<0.05);The incidence rate of rise of GU in theaged group (P<0.01), GC, AGML incidence decreased (all P <0.01).②In the12yearsof UGIH patients overall sex ratio had no significant change (P>0.05),the incidence ofmale was higher than female, the GU male and female incidence increased (allP<0.01), but the sex ratio decreased (P<0.05).③The UGIH seasonal incidence is notexactly the same, but on the whole is the incidence in winter and spring more thansummer and autumn;Compared with12years ago, the summer incidence rates(P<0.05),winter incidence decreased (P<0.05);In spring the incidence of CU increased(P<0.01), GC, AGML decreased (all P<0.05);In summer the incidence of DU, AGMLdecreased (all P<0.05), GU, CU increased (P<0.01);The autumn of DU decreased(P<0.01), the incidence of GU increased (P<0.01);In winter the incidence of DU decreased (P<0.05), CU increased (P<0.01).④The UGIH is main cause to DU, GU,CU, EGV, GC, AGML as,compared with12years ago, DU, GC, AGML incidencedecreased (all P<0.01), GU, CU, MWS incidence increased (all P<0.01).Conclusion:In12years, undergoing great changes the relationship between thepathogenesis distribution and related factors of UGIH,compared with twelve yearsago, UGIH average age is increasing, the elderly people in the upward trend inincidence. The incidence of male was higher than female, the pathogenesis of GU, thesex ratio is decreased obviously. The summer increase in incidence, the incidence inwinter decline. The primary cause of UGIH is still PU,the incidence of DU, GC,AGMLdecreased, incidence of GU, CU, MWS is increased.
