Study On The Theory Of Pathogeny And Pathogenesis And The Rule Of Acupuncture And Treatment Of Green Blind

Green blindness is a kind of ophthalmopathy with no abnormal appearance,concentric reduction of visual field with night blindness,and retinal pigmentation in fundus,which accounts for 6% of the blindness caused by blindness in China.How to use the theory of traditional Chinese medicine to examine and analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of youth blindness and find an effective treatment for it has gradually become a hot spot for ophthalmologists of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Based on the basic theory and clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),this study reviewed the literature of traditional Chinese medicine and ophthalmology,and summarized the syndrome type,etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principle and pricking rule of green blindness in combination with the research progress of modern medicine on the basis of the basic theory and clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.Taking the pathogeny and pathogenesis of green blindness as the key and premise of treatment,we should always focus on the purpose of "dredging Xuanfu" in the process of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and sum up its specific laws of pricking treatment according to different syndrome types of syndrome differentiation and treatment.In order to provide theoretical basis and clinical reference for acupuncture treatment of green blindness.
