Objective The expression of CD34,D2-40 and VEGF in colorectal cancer was detected,to explore the relationship between CD34,D2-40 and VEGF and clinically relevant pathological features,to clarify their significance in the accurate staging of colorectal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 768 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgical treatment at Nignxia medical Hospital from January 2016 to September 2018 were collected, and clinical data and postoperative pathological tissue specimens were selected from 549 patients according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The relationship between CD34,D2-40,VEGF and clinically relevant pathological characteristics of colorectal cancer and the correlation among CD34,D2-40,VEGF were analyzed.result1 The positive expression rate of CD34 is closely related to the depth of CRC infiltration, lymph node metastasis,TNM stage(P<0.05),and has nothing to do with age, gender, tumor location, size, degree of differentiation, distant metastasis(P>0.05).2 The positive expression rate of D2-40 is closely related to the depth of CRC invasion, lymph node metastasis,TNM stage(P<0.05),and it has nothing to do with age, gender, tumor location, size, degree of differentiation, distant metastasis(P>0.05).3 The positive expression rate of VEGF is closely related to CRC lymph nodemetastasis,TNM stage(P<0.05),and has nothing to do with CRC infiltration depth, age, gender, tumor location, size, degree of differentiation, distant metastasis(P>0.05).4 The positive expression rates of CD34,D2-40,VEGF is significantly correlated in CRC(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of CD34,D2-40,and VEGF in colorectal cancer tissues is closely related to the clinically relevant pathological characteristics of colorectal cancer, and it is expected to provide relevant theoretical basis for accurate staging of colorectal cancer.
