| Objective:To investigate the positive expression rate of EGFR,Her-2 and VEGF in colorectal cancer,and to explore the relationship between the expression of EGFR,Her-2 and VEGF in clinicopathological features,and to explore the relationship between the three and colorectal cancer patients.Methods:160 cases of colorectal cancer radical operation specimens were collected as the research object.All the subjects were not treated with anti-tumor therapy such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy before operation.The patients were followed up and the survival of the patients was counted.In order to ensure the comparability of the research data.The normal colorectal tissues of 40 specimens of the above specimens(from the tumor distance>5cm)were randomly selected as controls.By immunohistochemistry(En Vision two-step method),the expression of three immunohistochemical antibodies,EGFR,Her-2 and VEGF,in colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues was observed and statistically analyzed.RESULTS:1.Expression of EGFR,HER-2 and VEGF in colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent tissues:In 160 cases of colorectal cancer tissues,the positive expression rate of EGFR was51.88%,and the positive expression rate of EGFR in 40 adjacent tissues was 17.50%,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ~2=11.3442,P=0.0000).In 160cases of colorectal cancer,the positive expression rate of HER-2 was 55.63%,and the positive expression rate of HER-2 in 40 adjacent tissues was 20.00%.The difference between groups was statistically significant(χ~2=12.3094,P=0.0000).In 160 cases of colorectal cancer,the positive expression rate of VEGF was 56.88%,and the positive expression rate of EGFR in 40 cases of adjacent tissues was 15.00%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ~2=12.3094,P=0.0000).2.The relationship between the expression of EGFR,HER-2,VEGF and clinicopa-thological features:The pathological features and EGFR expression of 160 patients with colorectal cancer were analyzed.It was found that EGFR expression was positive and gender,age,tumor diameter,tumor location.There was no obvious relationship between vascular invasion.After testing,χ~2=0.6522,0.6242,0.7713,0.9098,1.0872,P=0.4412,0.3341,0.3081,0.1109,0.0971,the difference was not statistically significant.Whether EGFR expression was positive was closely related to the degree of differentiation,degree of invasion,lymph node metastasis,and TNM staging.After testing,χ~2=5.3112,6.0823,6.0878,7.0982,P=0.0043,0.0017,0.0016,0.0008,the difference was statistically signifi-cant.The pathological characteristics and HER-2 expression of 160 patients with colorectal cancer were analyzed.It was found that there was no significant relationship between HER-2 expression and gender,age,tumor diameter,tumor location and vascular invasion.After testing,χ~2=0.5554,0.3381,0.3763,1.098,1.1186,P=0.4162,0.6772,0.7091,0.0882,0.0687,the difference is not statistically significant.Whether HER-2 expression was positive was closely related to the degree of differentiation,degree of invasion,lymph node metastasis,and TNM staging.After testing,χ~2=4.0873,5.0722,5.0878,6.0982,P=0.0327,0.0066,0.0071,0.0032,the difference was statistically significant.The pathological chara-cteristics and VEGF expression of 160 patients with colorectal cancer were analyzed.It was found that there was no significant relationship between VEGF expression and gender,age,tumor diameter,tumor location and vascular invasion.After testing,χ~2=0.7872,0.8872,0.4453,0.6662,1.0023,P=0.2231,0.1987,0.5191,0.3415,0.0922,the difference is not statistically significant.The positive expression of VEGF was closely related to the degree of differentiation,degree of invasion,lymph node metastasis,and TNM stage.After testing,χ~2=3.8782,4.0872,4.2287,5.0841,P=0.0417,0.0311,0.0287,0.0187,the difference was statistically significant.3.Correlation of EGFR,HER-2 and VEGF expression in colorectal cancer tissues:According to Spearman rank correlation analysis,there is a positive correlation between EGFR,HER-2 and VEGF expression in colorectal cancer patients,among them,EGFR There was a positive correlation with the expression of HER-2(r=0.7882,P=0.0000),and there was a positive correlation between EGFR and VEGF expression(r=0.8711,P=0.0000).HER-2 was positively correlated with VEGF expression(r=0.8982,P=0.0000).4.The relationship between the expression of EGFR,HER-2 and VEGF in colorectal cancer and prognosis:After 3-4 years of follow-up,the survival time and survival rate of patients with positive expression of EGFR,HER-2 and VEGF were significantly lower than those of EGFR,HER-2 and VEGF.Patients with negative expression of EGFR,HER-2,and VEGF.Conclusion:1.The positive expression of EGFR,Her-2 and VEGF in colorectal cancer tissues is closely related to the degree of tumor differentiation,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM staging.The three are related to the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.2.The expressions of EGFR,Her-2 and VEGF were positively correlated in colorectal cancer tissues,and may play a synergistic role in the development of colorectal cancer.Positive expression was positively correlated with poor prognosis.3.The expression of EGFR,Her-2 and VEGF can be a prognostic independent reference factor to influence colorectal cancer patient,with has a certain significance for clinic treatment. |
