Background and Objective:Nephroblastoma was also named the Wilms' Tumor or embryonic tumor of kidney, was one of the most common abdominal malignant tumor in children. It consists of 8% in all pediatric solid tumors, and it consisted of more than 80% in pediatric cancer of kidney. Its growth was very fast, the degree of malignant was very high, it can metastasize to renal vein, lung, liver and lymph node and so on. And its metastasis was very early. Its encroachment and metastasis were two main factors of prognosis. The development of imageology was the main diagnosis means of nephroblastoma. At present, the evaluation methods include ultrasound examination, radiological examinations( such as X-ray plain films, computed tomography, intravenous pyelogram, angiography of inferior vena or renal artey), and magnetic resonance imaging. Compared with the others examination, CT especial Spiral CT (SCT) has the more evaluation. It could not only definite the location of pathological changes forms but also measure size exactly. And it also could discover the integrality of renal peplos and the metastasis of lymph node and organ. It has the important effectiveness for the choice of treatment plan and the judgment of prognosis. There were multiple factors and genes to participate the development of...
