First, collecting 100 examples from the constipation ZhuanBing outpatient belong to the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type functional constipation patients as the research object. second, All patients with oral this purge treatment for a month. All patients have to fill chronic constipation severity rating scale (CCS scale),Chronic constipation patients quality of life questionnaire scale and TCM symptoms scale respectively before and after treatment.Record the severity rating scale,the quality of life and TCM symptoms questionnaire scale integral scale changes for Clinical observation of all the patients before and after the treatment of chronic constipation respectively. Finally, all the clinical investigation data input SPSS 17.0 software, and create a database. Calculate each observation scale scores of all patients respectively before and after treatment, record each group efficacy data, observe the statistical differences from before and after treatment. (P< 0.05 was statistically significant).Results:the dung traits Bristol classification score of all patients significantly reduced after treatment (P< 0.01). The main symptom integral were significantly reduced (P<0.01), including the defecation frequency, the degree of effort, Meaning is feeling, abdominal pain and defecation time every time and so on. After treatment,the PAC-QOL score,the score of the four dimensions including patients’ physiological, psychological, degree of concern and satisfaction score and the total score were significantly decreased (P<0.01)。 The total effective rate was 91% at the end of the treatment.Conclusion:the treatment of Wenyang prescription laxative on spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type constipation curative effect.
