The actual demand for medical services by migrant workers in China is relatively high. However, due to the fact that migrant workers do not pay attention to other labor rights, and under the influence of external environmental factors, the overall medical insurance level of migrant workers is still lowThis paper uses the 2016 CMDS data to study the influencing factors of migrant workers participating in urban workers' medical insurance.Firstly, the descriptive statistical analysis of the status quo and characteristics of migrant workers was carried out. Then, the binary logistic regression model was used to empirically analyze the influencing factors of migrant workers' participation and the intergenerational differences of the influencing factors.Among the 14 influencing factors of migrant workers' insured, the employment factor has the greatest impact on the participation probability of migrant workers, and through research,it is found that there is a significant difference in the participation rate of migrant workers' basic medical insurance, and the migrant workers' own endowment Conditions and external objective environmental factors have a significant impact on the probability of participation. After analyzing the intergenerational differences of the influencing factors of migrant workers' participation, the regression results of the 10 factors with relatively high significance are different in the two models. The results show that in the new generation model, the occupational types under the socioeconomic characteristics dimension The technical grouping of variables, the unit free housing and other housing groups in the housing source variables did not pass the significance test;in the first generation model, the gender variables in the individual characteristic dimension and the housing source variables in the socioeconomic characteristics dimension Unit free rooms and other housing groups failed to pass the significance test.
