Study On The Characteristics Of TCM Syndromes Of Pepticulcer Patients And The Relationship Betweeen Apoptosis Of Tongue Coating Cells And Pepsinogen

Objective: Explore the peptic ulcer of TCM syndrome type distribution characteristics of different period and various stages and syndrome types and tongue coating exfoliated cells apoptosis,pepsinogen I,II(pepsinogen I,II,PGI,PGII),the relationship between the tongue diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine for peptic ulcer and clinical inspection data to provide objective and quantitative research basis,thus improve the combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of peptic ulcerMethods: Selection in March 2017 to February 2018 the third people's hospital affiliated to fujian university of TCM,112 patients with peptic ulcer,ulcer classification,staging and of traditional Chinese medicine,all inspection line coating on the tongue exfoliated cells apoptosis index determination,and the determination of serum levels of pepsin I,II,it is concluded that the data analysis,adopt correlation analysis to investigate the different stages of peptic ulcer and the relationship between the test indexes.Result: 1.The location and staging of ulce The location of ulce:There were 34 cases of gastric ulcer(30.35%),including 7 cases of The gastric body ulcer(6.25%),12 cases of Gastric antrum ulcer(10.71%),15 cases of Stomach Angle ulcer(13.39%),and 78 cases of duodenal bulb ulcer(69.64%).The staging of ulce:There were 38 cases(33.9%)in A1 period,17 cases in A2(15.2%),22 cases in H1(19.6%),13 cases in H2(11.6%),7 cases in S1(6.25%),and 15 cases in S2(13.4%)2.Relationship between age stratification and TCM syndrome type distribution of peptic ulcer The distribution of TCM syndrome of peptic ulcer has statistical significance in different age roups.Among them,spleen and stomach deficiency and cold are the main syndromes in the youth group,liver and stomach disharmony are the main syndromes in the middle age groups,and spleen and stamach dampness and heat are the main syndromes in the old age groups,and the same time,the tatio of blood stasis to collaterals was increased in the elderly group.3.The distribution of TCM syndromes in different stages of peptic ulcer There were significant differences in the distribution of TCM syndromes during the active period and the non-active period,and the activity period was mainly composed of spleen and stomach dampness,followed by liver and stomach discord.The non-active ulcer is mainly characterized by weakness of spleen and stomach(cold),followed by liver and stomach discord.4.The relationship between the stages of peptic ulcer and the relationship between TCM syndromes and pepsin The PGII level was significantly different in active and non-active ulcer(P=0.022,P<0.05),and PGII was significantly increased during the period of ulcer activity?PGII level can be used as an important indicator for predicting the recurrence of ulcer.5.The relationship between the various stages of peptic ulcer and the apoptosis index of Chinese medicine syndrome and tongue coating Late tongue coating cell apoptosis index and the ulcer stage had significant difference(P = 0.006,P < 0.05),tongue coating cell apoptosis index and the ulcer stage had significant difference(P = 0.004,P < 0.05),Non-active ulcer late ulcer and total apoptosis index is higher than activity ulcer,among which the most taste hot and humid.Conclusion: 1.The distribution of TCM syndrome of peptic ulcer has statistical significance in different age groups.Among them,spleen and stomach deficiency and cold are the main syndromes in the youth group,liver and stomach disharmony are the main syndromes in the middle age groups,and spleen and stamach dampness and heat are the main syndromes in the old age groups,and the same time,the tatio of blood stasis to collaterals was increased in the elderly group.2.There are significant differences in the distribution of TCM syndromes of peptic ulcer active eriod and non-active stage ulcer.The active period is mainly composed of spleen and stomach dampness,and the non-active ulcer is mainly characterized by weakness of spleen and stomach(cold).3.PGII levels in peptic ulcer disease activity and the activity have significant differences,PGII in ulcer activity increased significantly,and the activity of ulcer were positively related,can be used as important serological indexes to predict ulcer recurrence.4.Late tongue coating exfoliated cells and apoptosis index in peptic ulcer activity and the activity have significant differences,the tongue coating cell late apoptosis activity ulcer is more apparent,taste hot and humid group is particularly significant.
