Study On The Relationship Between Gastric Imgae Of Peptic Ulcer And Its TCM Syndrome Type And Tongue Image

Through the collection of Peptic ulcer(Peptic ulcer,PU)data of patients with tongue image and gastoscope,explores the relationship between gastroscopic and TCM syndrome type and the tongue imgae of Peptic ulcer,make the modern means of examination better serve the treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine.Providing more abundant objective indicators for the TCM syndrome differentiation of PU and improve the accuracy of clinical TCM,to better play the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Peptic ulcer disease,enhance the effectiveness of TCM clinical treatment of Peptic ulcer.First of all,according to recent literature research and diagnosis and treatment consensus,we making case information collection table.A total of 200 patients with PU were included in the standard,and the records were recorded by observing the symptoms of tongue and stomach and duodenal ulcer lesions in the 200 patients under gastroscope.Combined with the traditional Chinese medicine four diagnosis,the diagnosis of disease TCM syndrome type,filling the record.Then,all the observed indexes recorded were recorded into the database and SPSS17.0 statistical software was used for analysis and sorting.The results showed that among the 200 patients included in the study,121 men and 79 women,with a male and female ratio of 1.53?1,showed that the male prevalence rate was significantly higher than that of women.The gastric image of PU patients is correlated with TCM syndromes:Among the 200 patients,there were significant differences in the distribution of the.In GU,the distribution of cold and heat is the main type.In DU,the distribution of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type is the main distribution.three types of ulcer among the five TCM syndromes of PU,P<0.05;The five TCM syndromes of PU patients showed significant difference in the three phase distribution of PU,P<0.05.In the active period,the main types were cold and heat mixed type,while spleen and stomach deficiency were the main types of healing.;The ulcer area of PU patients showed significant difference in the distribution of five TCM syndromes,P<0.05;There were significant differences in the distribution of ulcer color between five types of TCM syndromes in PU patients,P<0.05.There is a certain correlation between gastric image and tongue picture in PU patients:Among the 200 patients,there was no significant difference in the distribution of tongue,tongue color and tongue fur between the three types of ulcers in PU patients(P>0.05),but the distribution of the color of the patients in the three different types of ulcers was significantly different(P<0.05);The tongue shape,tongue color,moss and moss color of PU patients showed significant difference in the three stage of PU disease,P<0.05.Thus,in this study,PU can occur in any age group,and mostly in middle age.Gastoscope of PU patients like(ulcer classification,staging)and their TCM syndrome type and tongue image has a certain relevance,to some extent,the tongue image can reflect the truth of the stomach.gastoscope not only can be used as PU criteria for the diagnosis of Western Medicine,but also can be used as an inspection of traditional Chinese medicine is outspread,cross reference to the image of the tongue and the gastroscope.It provides a more comprehensive and objective reference for the clinical syndrome differentiation of TCM,and It will further promote the pertinence and effectiveness of TCM diagnosis and treatment of peptic ulcer.
