The Relationship Between Tongue Image And Stage Of Peptic Ulcer And Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Purpose: Study and analysis of gastroscope tongue, TCM syndrome type and peptic ulcer stage and the correlation of Helicobacter pylori infection.Material and method:From 2012 January to 2015 January in Department of internal medicine in our hospital to treat digestive endoscopic diagnosis of 228 cases of peptic ulcer patients were sex, age, record, tongue, TCM syndrome type, endoscopic staging, Hp infection and statistical analysis.Results: 1.Peptic ulcer endoscopic staging in different age distribution are statistically significant(X2=45.065, P=0.000<0.05), wherein the activity period to 35 to 49 years old, inactive in 50 to 65 years old; 2.The tongue color and gastroscopy peptic ulcer stage was statistically significant(X2=160.524, P=0.000<0.05), wherein the red tongue in the active period up to the most in the period of healing, pale tongue, light red tongue in scar stage up; 3.The tongue coating and peptic ulcer endoscopic staging of statistical significance(X2=128.293, P=0.000<0.05), in which Huang Houtai increased significantly in the active period, thin yellow tongue coating increase obviously in the healing period, a thin white coating increased significantly in scar stage; 4. The tongue color and peptic ulcer patients with Hp infection was statistically significance(X2=53.833, P=0.000<0.05) node, where Hp infection positive mainly red tongue mostly, Hp negative to light red tongue are; 5.The tongue coating and peptic ulcer patients with Hp infection was statistically significance(X2=61.869, P=0.020<0.05), where Hp positive to negative Hp Huang Houtai are, in the majority of thin white coating; 6.Gastroscope with TCM syndrome type of peptic ulcer stage and had statistical significance(X2=37.902, P=0.000<0.05), wherein the active stage of peptic ulcer with liver stomach disharmony majority, healing and scar to incoordination between the liver and stomach are; 7.No statistical significance of TCM syndrome type and peptic ulcer patients with Hp infection(X2=1.427, P=0.840>0.05).Conclusion: A.1.Gastroscope tongue and peptic ulcer stage of relevance, in active stage with red tongue, Huang Houtai mainly; healing with pale tongue, thin white and thin yellow coating; scar period to light red tongue, Bo Baitai; 2.The tongue and peptic ulcer patients with Hp infection situation of Hp infection positive correlation, which mainly red tongue, Huang Houtai are; Hp negative to light red tongue, thin white coating are; 3.Gastroscope with TCM syndrome type of peptic ulcer stage of relevance, in active stage with liver stomach disharmony majority, healing and scar to incoordination between the liver and stomach are; 4.TCM Syndrome Types in patients with peptic ulcer and Hp infection situation of no correlation; 5.Peptic ulcer endoscopic staging in different age distribution, activity period to 35 to 49 years old, inactive in 50 to 65 years old. B.To observe the changes of tongue can preliminary judgement on peptic ulcer disease and Hp infection, and observe the changes of clinical disease, have certain reference value to determine directly the effect and prognosis.
