With the further development of market economy and the continuous reform of the system,private hospital has become an important supplement to China's medical service system,which has effectively made up for the deficiency of service capacity of public hospital,and relieved the growing pressure of social demand for medical services.In recent years,the support that nation gives to private hospital has increased every year,however the development of the private hospital is still relatively difficult,comparing with the public hospital which has long history and strong government investment.The lack of core competitiveness is the mainly short board to the development of private hospital.Moreover,the competition in health care services is great especially under the circumstance that China has entered the new normal,economic grows slowly as well as the structure keeps optimizing and upgrading.Therefore,the pressure private hospital faces is unprecedented,or even is a choke point,while multi-system and multicultural medical institutions live in this competitive social environment.Discussing the strategy that to strengthen the management of private hospital and to improve their competitiveness to adapt to social and economic development,and giving some suggestions about how hospital H can develop smoothly and healthily are the key points of this paper.The author starts at research background,purposes and significance,gives a general introduction to the relative studies on core competitiveness at home and abroad,which is the basis of the problems being studied and the reference of research methods and contents.After that,the theory is elaborated and researched and three first level indicators as well as nine secondary indicators are found.The analysis bases on three first level indicators including social reputation,health resource and development potential shows the strength dimension in process of hospital H's competition and development.Then the author locks the searching target and takes internal and external factors into consideration to systematically evaluate,so as to choose the best method for long-term development.In the end,strategy for hospital H about how to enhance core competitiveness is put forward,which has a guided-function and reference value to private hospital.
