Study On Evaluation System Of Private Hospital Core Competence

Along with the deepening of the innovation of the medical service field in China,the policy environment for the development of private hospitals is improving increasingly,the number of private hospitals is growing with each passing day,and its influence is increasing in the medical service market.Private hospitals are facing two main competition tests in its development process: One is the competition between private hospitals in the medical service market;the other is the competition between private hospitals and powerful public hospitals.With the increase of medical service providers and the development of economy and society,the competition of medical service market is becoming more and more intense.People's demand for quality of medical service is getting higher and higher,the development of private hospitals needs more and more core competitiveness.Private hospitals have both the nature of public hospitals and the nature of private enterprises.The core competitiveness of private hospitals is a combination of a series of knowledge and skills that they have formed in the long run,which can make the private hospitals gain continuous competitive advantage in the fierce market competition,and is the special ability of private hospitals in the core position.According to the research,the core competitiveness of private hospitals is its internal management ability,the key resource utilization ability,financial performance ability,market operation ability,medical service ability,medical innovation ability,cultural soft power and so on.The practice of private hospital development also shows that the successful development of private hospitals needs to be solve above problems.Scientifically evaluate the core competitiveness of private hospitals helps private hospitals to grasp their core competitiveness and concentrate resources on building core competitiveness so as to make precise efforts.On the basis of theoretical research and practical research on the core competitiveness of private hospitals,this paper constructs an index system and evaluation model for the evaluation of the core competitiveness of private hospitals.This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the core competitiveness of private hospitals by means of literature analysis and expert consultation,through AHP to determine the weight of each index of the core competitiveness evaluation system of private hospitals,it establishes the fuzzy matrix judgment model to evaluate the core competitiveness of private hospitals.At the end of the paper,the evaluation model is used to evaluate the core competitiveness of three private hospitals in WE area to verify the validity of the model and to interpret the value of the model.
